Este taller nos permite conocer múltiples posibilidades sonoras de nuestro cuerpo, combinarlas y jugar con ellas, incluyendo, además de lo puramente percutivo, la voz como elemento rítmico y melódico. Aprenderemos ritmos de diferentes estilos musicales al mismo tiempo que dejaremos espacio a la improvisación y a la creación individual y colectiva a través de juegos y dinámicas variadas. El principal objetivo es aprender de forma lúdica por medio de esta práctica musical y crear un espacio que nos permita explorar y enriquecer nuestra musicalidad.20

You’re invited to a **fun and social cooking experience in Barcelona**: we’ll cook a delicious paella together and use it as the perfect excuse to meet new people. We’ll start with a short introduction to the group and the hosts, then walk you step by step through a traditional paella recipe. **What if eating could be a meditation?** Most of us eat on autopilot: scrolling, rushing, barely tasting. Mindful Eating is the practice of slowing down and bringing full, gentle attention to the experience of nourishment. The colours on the plate. The first smell. The texture. The warmth. The taste that arrives before you even expect it. It sounds simple. And it is. But like all mindfulness practices, simple doesn't mean easy, and the rewards are quietly profound. **🌿 What is Mindful Eating?** Mindful Eating is a form of mindfulness meditation practice that invites us to: * Slow down and engage all the senses during a meal * Notice hunger, fullness, and the body's signals with curiosity rather than judgment * Bring presence and gratitude to the act of eating * Let food become an anchor for awareness just as birdsong does on our walks This experience is also part of my requirements for my Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification which asks me to teach a wide range of mindfulness practices. What started with a Birdsong Walk has now grown into something more expansive. I moved to Barcelona from the Philippines about 10 years ago, and every time I walk through the doors of Kasarap, something in me exhales. It feels like home. She explores inner landscapes through play, emotion, and lived experience, listening closely to what wants to emerge. Juanita brings a deeply intuitive and creative presence to this experience. Avui us portem una activitat que ens fa especial il·lusió, i és que us proposem **un espectacle emblemàtic i molt nostre**, una representació tradicional dintre de la festivitat de Setmana Santa i que **tothom hauria de veure una vegada a la vida**. Si, marxem a Esparreguera per veure, a **primeríssimes files**, una representació espectacular, **La Passió**! **La Passió d’Esparreguera** **és una experiència cultural única** que combina *tradició, art i emoció*. Amb més de *500 actors, orquestra en directe i tecnologia escènica moderna*, aquest espectacle captiva el públic amb la seva espectacularitat i profunditat. La representació transporta l’espectador a un **viatge històric i teatral** que recrea els últims dies de Jesús, des del Sant Sopar fins a la seva resurrecció, amb una posada en escena d’una gran bellesa i intensitat dramàtica. An easy and captivating route, featuring **stunning spots of absolute beauty that remain surprisingly little known**. We will hike **11 km with only 160 m of total elevation gain**, starting from Llançà and heading north. Along the way, a string of spectacular coves awaits us — perfect places to relax and recharge. Join us as we get together to get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event! We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking is available in the surrounding area.
