*Happy Hour fans?* Each month, our group is going to try to meet at some of the best happy hours around town! Every drink or shareable is only $6.00! **Happy Hour** is inherently social. It’s a time when people come together to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. For many, it’s a way to catch up with friends, network with colleagues, or simply meet new people in a relaxed setting. The casual atmosphere of happy hour encourages conversation, making it easier to bond over shared interests and experiences.

It’s time to take control of your mental health. How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind. You also have to get rid of the negative thinking. Your mind is like a garden. A positive thought is like a flower in your mental garden, and a negative thought is like a weed. You cannot expect to have a positive mindset if you continue to have negative thoughts dwelling and growing there. So, how do you get rid of the negative thoughts? In this local meeting, you will discover knowledge that you can use to get over the past. We'll play board games at the [Land-Grant Brewing Company](https://landgrantbrewing.com/).
