Take some time out for yourself in this 75 minute class that combines yoga asana practice, meditation, breathwork (pranayama) and sound healing. In this class, Guka will combine a steady asana practice from hatha yoga and more dynamic vinyasa flow. In einer coolen Gruppe immer wieder neue Trails entdecken und die jeweils spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Leuchtstadt Luzern aus den unterschiedlichsten Perspektiven geniessen. Unsere Tour startet jeweils am **Donnerstag** um **18.30 Uhr**. Der jeweilige Treffpunkt wird ein paar Tage vorher im WhatsApp-Chat und die App "Klubraum" bekanntgegeben. In 90-120 Minuten versuchen wir mit einem Maximum an Fun die jeweiligen 500 – 1’000 Höhenmeter zu bewältigen. Das gemeinsame Erlebnis steht ganz klar im Vordergrund. Dennoch kommen auch die „Schnelleren“ auf ihre Kosten und werden auf Extraschlaufen „gejagt“. Du möchtest in den WhatsApp-Chat aufgenommen werden? Please contact me if you want to join the class. Добрый день! This class is for learners with a level B1 or higher. We will learn Russian rock songs and do exercises and discussions based on them. We will use the book Russian rock and Russian Grammar. We will meet one time per week. Below is an information about the class. Cost: 2 students 35 chf per hour, 3 or more student 25 chf per hour per person. Class Length: 1 hour Class structure: • We read a text or a chapter from a book, discuss new words. We learn part of grammar and practice using it. • After that we discuss the topic and answer the text follow-up questions. • I also give homework tasks to make sentences with new words or do a grammar exercises. • If we finish the exercises earlier, we play word games or have a free chat. **Come anytime during 4-8. Stay as long as you want. No set time*** It’s a chance to meet people in our age group regardless if you’re in your fifties, sixties or seventies! Retired or still working.
