Co-ed Adult Basketball

Do you like to play football - but relaxed and not with competitive or aggressive players? Are you a bit lazy, a bit old, a bit unfit or not so talented? Then Lousy & Lazy Football is the right thing for you! We are a group of friendly people who just want to have a relaxed kick. All genders, ages (+18) and nationalities welcome. Feel free to join the waitlist even if it seems long - sometimes we make the event larger and play on two pitches (24 players, four teams) or even three pitches (36 players, six teams), depending on demand. Note: We do not allow high-studded football boots during our sessions. To avoid injuries, we only play with "Multinocken" (multistuds) or shorter. Enjoy the workout, nice people, wonderful weather and magic ball moments** 2. **No emotional shouting, no telling other players where to go and what to do** 3. **No hard tackling/sliding** 4. **Avoid injuring yourself and other players at all costs: Tight situation? Give up the ball rather them going all in** 5. **Support less fit and less skilled players by giving them the time and space to play the ball, don't intercept passes to and from them. Bonus points: Make them shine!** 6. **Don’t dribble past multiple players (trying to take on one player is fine)** 7. **Don’t close down the defenders too quickly. Give the team a chance to play the ball out.** 8. **Rotate the goalkeeper** 9. **Be a teamplayer** 10. **Come regularly and be reliable with your RSVPs**

We search for authenticity – staying true to your needs, feelings and boundaries – while relating to other human beings with their needs, feelings and boundaries. **Theme of the evening: Taking Space, Giving Space** Have you ever felt torn between needing rest at home and feeling obliged to go out, meet friends, and be part of things? Have you ever gotten stuck in a conversation where everything is about them and there seems to be no space for you? Or on the other hand, have you ever occupied a shared space in a way that leaves little room for others? The art of taking and giving space is not always easy. It calls for presence, self‑awareness, attunement, reading the room, and moving fluidly between expressing yourself and making room for others. In this session, through Authentic Relating games we will practice how to honor self and other and navigate the relational dynamics of creating shared space, where connection can unfold in a way that feels balanced for everyone. Consensual touch with other participants is allowed but never necessary. The upcoming event is happening in Café Maggie at Frankfurter Allee 205 – next to U-Bahn Magdalenenstraße. The space is on the ground floor, but there is one small doorstep at the entrance. There is a barrier free toilet inside. Join the Minotaurs Men's Basketball Team on Wednesday at 8pm at an indoor basketball court in Neukolln. We currently have two teams, one in Bezirkliga and one in FBL. Welcome! This football session is for individuals who like playing on moderate to high intensity (run a lot and change position to give player with the ball option to pass). Usually play on a pretty competitive level. Our football skills are average to good. To keep things fair and enjoyable for all, we follow a few simple rules: ***Show up at 07:15 **so that you can get checked by the organiser* *If you are not checked by the organiser by kick-off at 7:30 then \*\*1 match penalty applies\*\*(being moved to waitlist)* *Related, if you sign out from the attending list after Friday at 3pm, a 1 match penalty applies (moved to wait-list)* *** No studs *If you show up with studs, then you wont be allowed to play - No dangerous tackling *If you get tackled, you need to call the foul - In case of handball only people close (1-2m) can call handball *Since we play 12v12, we have offsides (0-1m difference is still tolerated) - No penalties for handball in penalty box(no way of proving handball and please be fair) *In case of handball, the other teams goalkeeper gets the ball
