This group inline skating class is designed for beginners and early-level skaters who want to build confidence, improve balance, and master essential skating skills in a fun and supportive environment. Kassy was a professional ice skater with Disney on Ice and has been skating since she was 2 years old. We’ll focus on the fundamentals that make skating feel smooth and controlled, including proper stance, weight distribution, and balance while moving. You’ll learn how to start, glide, turn, and stop safely, along with simple drills to improve coordination and stability on your skates. The class progresses at a comfortable pace, with clear demonstrations and individual feedback to help each participant feel steady and confident. Whether you’re brand new to rollerblading or returning after a break, this session will help you develop strong basics and feel more in control on wheels. Una constelación familiar es un método que nos permite dilucidar esos eventos que han podido causar un impacto profundo, a partir del cual, la armonía familiar se ha visto perturbada, estas dificultades pueden ser tanto de convivencia, de salud, de profesión, de pareja, etc. y sobre las cuales no se tiene control. A través de la puesta en escena que nos permite la constelación podemos tomar conciencia del origen del conflicto. Recreando la organización de la familia, o de cualquier otro sistema, las relaciones dentro del mismo se hacen visibles y con ellas las causas que han generado el conflicto pueden aclararse. Los participantes observaron como las dinámicas no resultaron les han estado apareciendo, a veces, desde la infancia.
