La meditación dura unos 40-45 minutos. Normalmente asisten personas del centro Harayoga, así que si ves que no hay nadie apuntado en meetup la sesión se realizará igual y lo más probable es que ya haya apuntada gente por otros canales. Nos encontramos en el CCCB para asistir a la última sesión del año de *Poetry Slam Barcelona*: un torneo local de poesía escenificada que, en conjunto, toma la forma de una “performance colectiva” en la que la palabra es el elemento esencial. El *Poetry Slam* es 50% poesía y 50% interpretación, una competición con un formato participativo en el que se establece una relación dinámica entre el público y los poetas... algo esto sin embargo que, aunque pueda parecer novedoso, remite, en realidad, a los certámenes de poesía que se hacían en la antigua Grecia. Aquest any no podía faltar el nostre dinar de Nadal, i nosaltres hem pensat… **Perque no celebrar el Nadal a lo gran, tots/es junts/es, passant una bona estona, amb molta diversió i sobretot… AMB MOLTES SORPRESES!** I aquest any hem preparat un dinar espectacular… Benvinguts al **NADAL A TOTA MARXA!!!** EP! Perquè **aquest any marxem de Barcelona i us portem a un espai gran, una antiga sala de cine, amb escenari…** **I amb actuació musical per acabar la festa i ballar una mica…** Bé, som molts/es i volíem que sigui un dinar divertit i que esteu còmodes, així que ens n’anem fins a *Anglesola*, a un lloc conegut… **L’antic cine convertit en restaurant** (i a on es menja moooolt bé) parlem de *“Cal Marina”.* No us preocupeu! **Us portem i us tornem amb bus privat!** I parlant d’aquest dinar… **Aquest any ens ho juguem tot a “LA QUINA” o “EL QUINTO”…** El Quinto o la Quina **és un joc d’atzar que es juga a moltes comarques de Catalunya al voltant de les festes nadalenques**, on l’objectiu principal és **gaudir d’una vetllada esbojarrada i, si la sort acompanya, tornar a casa amb un regalet o amb una panera**, com serà el cas. **Arriba el nostre Bingo particular on tindreu que omplir un cartró de numeros i el/la primer que ho aconsegueixi guanyara un premi.** *Qui sera l’afortunat/ada???* Peró escolteu, **aixó no es tot, ni de bon tros!** Perquè no perdrem una tradició molt nostra, la de *“fer cagar el Tió”*. No pot ser que hi hagi gent de Cultura i Oci que es quedi aquest any sense fer cagar el Tió! Swing by *Gresso's* for the **Columbus Improv Comedy Meetup** for some fun and games! The idea behind improv is to create entire scenes from scratch based on a suggestion from the audience. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway*, *ComedySportz*, or *Wild 'n Out*; it could also be done to tell stories, like *Middleditch and Schwartz*. Our meetup, which is central Ohio's longest running (and free!) weekly comedy event, brings the games (and occasionally different forms) for you to play in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.
