As frontier AI companies train LLM agents to be increasingly autonomous, they are likely aggressively pursuing approaches to continual learning in LLMs. In this talk, [Rohan Subramani](https://rohansubramani.github.io/home/) and [Rauno Arike](https://www.linkedin.com/in/rauno-arike/) discuss the potential implications of this development on the capabilities and of LLM agents and its effect on AI safety and alignment.

We welcome guests and work with them to find out their voice range and to determine what part (lead, tenor, baritone or bass) they would sing best. Guests are given a music folder and encouraged to participate in singing with the chorus in subsequent weeks. Although we continually strive for musical excellence, prior musical training is not necessary to belong to our chorus. We provide everyone with sheet music, audio learning tracks, education and guidance. At the end of 6 weeks, we ask each prospective member to audition, to ensure that they can hold their part in a four-part harmony song.

Toronto has a substantial Ethiopian and Eritrean population that sustains two enclaves. This hike goes through the larger one along Danforth Avenue, centered on Greenwood Avenue. There are solid mid-range restaurants along this stretch. Ethiopian, obviously, but also a "Toronto-style" pizza restaurant, Venzuelan arepas, and Toronto's only Dutch restaurant. Not forgetting the largest outpost for Kawartha Dairy ice cream in Toronto. Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. Dale Gnidovec, Curator of the Orton Hall Museum of Geology at The Ohio State University, will be presenting a program he has wanted to share with us for a long time: Plate Tectonics. His description of his program: Continents on the move - Nothing in Earth history makes sense without moving continents - it tells us why mountains, volcanoes, minerals, and fossils are where they are. This talk examines the evidence for continental drift, why it was disbelieved, and explains how the more-encompassing theory of plate tectonics was developed and eventually proven.
