Join us this upcoming Monday evening for some sweat and fun! 🎉💦 Our meeting point is on the concrete patio at the end of the central lawn before 7:00PM. Please arrive a few minutes early - skipping the warm-up puts you at greater risks for injuries. 10 mins of warm-up, 40 mins of workouts and 10 mins of stretching with tons of high-fives.

Hong Kong Stories is here to help you shape and share stories from your life - be it epic fails or unlikely wins, heartbreaks or meet-cutes, moments of courage or quiet reflection. No practice, no overthinking, just come and tell a story from your life, like you'd tell a friend. A seasoned coach from Hong Kong Stories will facilitate peer feedback to discover what makes your story awesome, and provide clear, actionable tips to help you tell it better. 📌 Story Requirements: 1. Your story must be true 2. It must be told in the first person—you are the main character 3. It should be no longer than 7 minutes (shorter stories are welcome!) You don't need to have a completed or polished story ready -- just a beginning idea is okay. This workshop is open to individuals at all levels, first-timers or old hands.
