In many traditions, Spring, rather than January, is considered the beginning of the year. In this season, nature wakes up from its winter slumber, and life begins again after a period of deep rest. This Sunday, we’ll support body and mind through this seasonal transition. The practice begins with a guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a gentle Hatha flow to gradually awaken the body. The evening closes with a long Savasana inspired by Yoga Nidra.
