Agile in the Age of AI: Empowering the Modern Agilist
Is Agile finally dead, just because AI rotted out skills and software happens with the push of a button?
Or do we need change agents now more than ever?
Pooja Gupta, Agile Coach at Visma Solutions, and together with the Agile Coaching Circle Finland, invite all Agilists, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to come together and explore the magic of AI in the life of an Agilist.
For her, AI is a new tool to do her job in a new, more efficient, way than ever before.
She will share her stories of the value of welcoming change with curiosity, and why doing it earlier takes us further!
During this workshop, we will explore together:
* How AI can be used effectively in Agile organizations
* How AI aligns with core Agile values and principles
* Where Agilists fit into the modern value flow from idea to delivery
* How AI can improve collaboration in cross-functional teams, to generate ideas and on picking “low-hanging fruit”— like creating Jira tickets, helping with Retros and refining user stories.
Pooja will share how she creates AI Agents, and uses large language models (LLMs) in her daily work, approaching a more AI-native workflow.
Agile Coaches have always been change agents, and the industry needs our support more than ever during this period of transformation. This is our time.
Let’s explore the future of Agile with AI together!
**Agenda:**
* [17.00] Welcome and networking
* [17.30] Workshop and discussions
* [19.30] Q&A and networking
* [20.00] End of the event

Free entry: Can I be a little gentler on myself?
(English version at the bottom)
Joskus huomaamme, kuinka helposti mieli kiristyy kokemuksen ympärille.
𝐌𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨
Maanantain meditaatio on viikoittainen zen-harjoitus.
𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐬𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚
Tämä kerta on maksuton. Halutessasi voit tehdä vapaaehtoisen lahjoituksen kulujen kattamiseksi ja opetuksen tukemiseksi.
𝐎𝐡𝐣𝐞𝐥𝐦𝐚
• 50 min teetä & opetusta
• 2 x 25 min istumameditaatio + 10 min kävelymeditaatio
• Henkilökohtaista ohjausta (meditaation aikana, vapaaehtoinen)
• Teetä ja yhdessäoloa harjoitusystävien kanssa (vapaaehtoinen)
𝐓𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢 𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞
Kaikki ovat tervetulleita. Aikaisempaa kokemusta meditaatiosta ei tarvita.

Sometimes we notice how easily the mind tightens around our experience. We want things to be different, or we begin judging what we feel.
What would happen if, for a moment, we could relate to our experience with a little more kindness?
In this Monday meditation we will explore what it means to meet our experience from a more gentle place.
At the end of the evening we will also practice metta meditation, the traditional meditation of loving-kindness.
𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Monday meditation is a weekly Zen practice. We meditate together and each week explore a new topic that can open new perspectives about our own mind and our experience of life.
The practice can bring more clarity, peace, and balance — both in meditation and in everyday life.
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞
This evening is part of the theme of compassion and metta meditation, which we will explore in Monday meditations from March 23 to April 20.
𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧
This session is free of charge. If you wish, you may offer a voluntary donation to help cover expenses and support the teachings.
𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞
• 50 minutes of tea & teaching
• 2 × 25 minutes sitting meditation + 10 minutes walking meditation
• Personal guidance (during meditation, optional)
• Tea and time to connect with fellow practitioners (optional)
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞
Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience is needed.

[Henry Lunabba](https://www.linkedin.com/in/henrylunabba/) from [Metacore](https://metacoregames.com/company)!
**How to Start: Quick Wins in Mobile Game Automation**
**Speaker:** Ru Cindrea
Test automation in mobile games feels hard to start - and even harder to justify later on. This talk draws on real-world experience across multiple mobile game projects to make the case that you don't need a perfect framework, full coverage, or a dedicated automation team to get value. It shares concrete examples of what has actually worked on live games and offers a practical lens for deciding where automation is worth the investment.
**Stories from the trenches: Why the best in-house test automation framework doesn’t necessarily solve all your problems**
**Speaker:** Henry Lunabba
Software for games is built of exactly the same components as software in banking, finance or any other tech, but there is of course some differences as well. In his talk, Henry will share his experiences and learnings from diving straight into the world of gaming QA and automated game testing, with absolutely no prior experience from game development.
**We are excited to welcome you to our first meetup of 2026!**
**Best Regards,**

**Abstract**
Web Forms gave .NET developers a powerful abstraction for building reusable UI controls long before design systems were a thing. Web Components finally bring that same idea to the browser natively.
This session explores how the Web Forms mindset translates into Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, and HTML templates. We’ll examine how Web Components enable design systems that work across frameworks, how they differ from server‑driven controls, and why they’re becoming a foundational layer for modern UI. Whether you’re maintaining legacy apps or building greenfield projects, you’ll leave with a practical understanding of how to apply familiar patterns in a modern, standards‑based way.

Columbus Comedy Improv Meetup at Gresso's!
Whether you've never done improv before, or you've done it for so long you knew Del Close on a personal level, or anywhere in between, come join us! Swing by *Gresso's* for the **Columbus Improv Comedy Meetup** for some fun and games!
The idea behind improv is to create entire scenes from scratch based on a suggestion from the audience. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway*, *ComedySportz*, or *Wild 'n Out*; it could also be done to tell stories, like *Middleditch and Schwartz*. Our meetup, which is central Ohio's longest running (and free!) weekly comedy event, brings the games (and occasionally different forms) for you to play in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. Not only is it a lot of fun, but you get to work on thinking faster on your feet, plus it's an excellent way to meet new people and make friendships that'll last a lifetime!
Ask yourself if you want to join the **Columbus Improv Comedy Meetup**, and say "Yes, And" that you'll have fun!
