This Taekwondo class is a structured training session focused on developing the physical, technical and mental skills associated with Taekwondo, a Korean martial art & sport. Boxing is a combat sport that utilises punches, footwork, and head movement. Also known as “The Sweet Science”, it is best known for its efficiency of hitting without getting hit. Students will be taught the proper mechanics behind generating fast and powerful punches, as well as evading punches through evasive movements and footwork. **For ages 10 and below.** Thse classes are for competitive athletes aiming for the national youth team, Direct School Admission (DSA) or to simply keep fit and enjoy the sport. Starting at ages 9 or earlier, players then progress through U10 to U16 categories representing our club in local and overseas competitions.
