5 tables Mon TT @ Bishan Sports Hall
5 tables Mon TT @ Bishan Sports Hall
Capacity of event is number of tables X 4. Having a waitlist does not mean event is full. It is for me to prioritize people as per the following clause: *Priority is given to regulars, past attendees, intermediate and above level players, players who have their private message function switched on and people whom I have met before. If I am unable to contact you, I cannot ask for your availability and skill level etc and you will be stuck in the waitlist forever and ever.* This is to ensure that the skill level of players are decent and to eliminate no shows. • Find us at the following tables in bishan sports hall.. 2,3,4,5,6 Ensure you are feeling well before taking part. Do not attend if you are not feeling well. * NO GATECRASHING! • Do bring your own bat. Balls would be provided. * By participating in this event, you agree that the organizer shall not be held liable to any injuries or damages sustained by you as a result of taking part of this event. • If for some reason you aren't able to make it on that day, please update your status to "Not Going" at least one day in advance. The earlier you update your status, the easier it is for me to find a replacement. \*\*\*\*\*NOTE: FOR THOSE WHO HAD RSVP BUT 1. DID NOT TURNED UP ON THE DAY OR 2. DID NOT INFORMED THAT THEY AREN'T ABLE TO MAKE IT OR 3. DID NOT WITHDRAW RSVP WHEN THEY CANNOT MAKE IT, ON THE FUTURE MEETUP WHICH YOU RSVP, YOU WOULD BE BLACKLISTED. 4. REPEATED OFFENDERS (MORE THAN 2 TIMES) WILL MEAN AUTO DROP DOWN TO "NOT GOING" LIST IF I SEE YOUR NAME ON RSVP LIST ON THE NEXT MEETUP. \*\*\*\*\*\* Any questions, please feel free to drop me (John Tenergy) a message. End user to vendor, private to public sector, engineer to architect, practitioner to GRC—these transitions raise real concerns around skills, pay, identity, and long-term impact. This Career AMA series is built for people navigating those questions. Every two months, we’ll host an open AMA with cybersecurity professionals who’ve actually made these shifts. No polished success stories or recruitment pitches—just honest conversations about what changed, what was harder than expected, what they got wrong, and what they’d do differently. Expect candid insights, practical lessons, and space to ask the questions people usually avoid. If you’re considering a career move—or just want clarity on what’s possible in cyber—this series is for you. **AGENDA** * 6.30pm: Registration * 7.00pm - 10.00pm: Career Trajectory AMA on Engineering to Architecture: Mapping the Skills and Steps for an Upward Cyber Career Path Till Late: Networking **SPONSORS** * MEETUP VENUE SPONSOR: [CyberSG TIG Collaboration Centre](https://www.linkedin.com/company/cybersg-tig-collaboration-centre/posts/?feedView=all) **PANELLISTS' BIO** * **Didik Achmadi \|** Director, Security and Platform at Doctor Anywhere [https://www.linkedin.com/in/achmadi](https://www.linkedin.com/in/achmadi) * **Benjamin L.** \| Chief Cloud Security Architect [https://www.linkedin.com/in/benjaminlyk](https://www.linkedin.com/in/benjaminlyk) * **Christine Joy (CJ) Matuto** \| Cybersecurity Architect at Singtel [https://www.linkedin.com/in/christinejoymatuto](https://www.linkedin.com/in/christinejoymatuto) **IMPORTANT NOTICES** * Code of Conduct: [[https://www.div0.sg/code-of-conduct](https://www.div0.sg/code-of-conduct)] * Terms of Use & Disclaimer Notice: [[https://www.div0.sg/terms-of-use-disclaimer-notice](https://www.div0.sg/terms-of-use-disclaimer-notice)]

STACK Meetup [Platforms]: Explore the Evolving Landscape of Workflow Executions
**ANNOUNCEMENT – Registration via this [link](https://go.gov.sg/stackmeetup-12mar2026-mc) only.** * Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis. * For admission into our event space, please register beforehand via GovEntry only. * Please present the QR code within your registration confirmation email upon check-in at our event space. **About this Meetup** Join us for a discussion exploring the evolving landscape of durable workflow executions in modern systems. As applications become increasingly distributed, durable execution has emerged as a critical paradigm for building resilient systems that survive failures whilst maintaining complete execution state. This session examines why durable execution is essential for modern architectures from multi-step processes spanning multiple services to long-running operations requiring distributed coordination. We'll explore real-world applications and human-in-the-loop processes that traditional patterns cannot handle reliably. The discussion covers challenges and learnings from building automation tools in GovTech, examining how durable execution solves common distributed systems problems like state management, fault tolerance, and observability. We'll delve into design principles that make workflows resilient by default and automatically handling retries. Whether you're evaluating tools like Temporal, Cadence, or others, this conversation offers practical insights into implementation strategies, use cases, and pitfalls to avoid. **[Learn with us today](https://go.gov.sg/stackmeetup-12mar2026-mc)**! **Programme** 7:00pm: Introduction By STACK Community 7:05pm: Opening By Steven Koh, Director, Engineering Management, Government Digital Products (GDP), GovTech Singapore 7:15pm: Building Opus: Delivering Durable Workflow Execution for Government Systems By Gabriel Tay, Staff Software Engineer, GDP, GovTech Singapore 7:35pm: Temporal Primitives to Real-World Design By Tao Guo, Staff Solutions Architect, Temporal.io 7:55pm: Real Application Use Case of Subscription Workflows Through TechBiz By Yong Weng Kiat, Software Engineer, GDP, GovTech Singapore 8:15pm: Q&A 8:30pm: End of STACK Meetup Click **[here](https://go.gov.sg/stackmeetup-12mar2026-mc)\*** to sign up! \*Registration will be accepted via GovEntry only.
