Aquest grup està pensat per a tothom qui vulgui practicar idiomes i millorar les seves habilitats en un ambient social. Ens interessen tots els idiomes (català, castellà, anglès, francès, alemany, àrab, rus, xinès, persa, gallec, euskera, grec...), i ens agradaria especialment donar més espai als que sovint queden en segon pla. Normalment ens reunim en un bar, així que demanem que cadascú consumeixi alguna cosa a canvi d'utilitzar el local. La idea és integrar els idiomes en la vida quotidiana, perquè creiem que és una de les millors maneres de practicar-los. Este grupo está pensado para quien quiera practicar idiomas y mejorar sus habilidades en un ambiente social. This group is for anyone who wants to practise languages and improve their skills in a social setting. We're interested in all languages (Catalan, Spanish, English, French, German, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Persian, Galician, Basque, Greek...), and we'd especially like to give more space to those that don't always get much of a look-in. We usually meet at a bar, so we ask everyone to order something in return for using the venue. It takes place in a very spacious and bright studio and you are welcomed to come with your own ideas or simply follow along and let your creativity blossom during the mindful 3 hours of making. The main technique used during the session is hand-building giving you the option to create functional ware or small sculptural work. Beginners will be guided through the process using techniques such as slab building, coiling, pinching, texturing and surface decoration. The more advanced will be free to create and those with experience throwing would be welcomed to use the wheel which would need to be reserved in advance. Those of you who would like to learn about glazing would need to book 2 workshops. The workshops are mainly run in English but I do speak Catalan and Spanish. They also provide a great opportunity for non-native speakers to practice their English. We’ll focus on physical and vocal development before applying these skills to **La Ronde**—a classic longform format that is accessible to all skill levels.
