[ARNHEM] Bitcoin Meetup with CRAZY POOL
* 16:30 — Crazy Pool @ Timestamp (Korenmarkt) * 17:30 — Diner @ Flor Fina (Korenmarkt) * 19:30 — Drinks @ Flor Fina (Korenmarkt) ## English Bitcoin Meetup with Crazy Pool! This month we’re doing something fun: before the meetup (for those who want to join) we’ll play Crazy Pool at Timestamp on Korenmarkt. Crazy Pool is similar to mini golf, but you use a cue to strike a ball through various obstacles. Playtime is about 45 minutes. Afterwards we’ll have dinner at Flor Fina. You can also join later if you only want to come for drinks. The Bitcoin Meetup is suitable for both beginners and experienced bitcoiners. Ask your questions and join the conversation about the latest developments in the world of bitcoin. Would you like to play Crazy Pool or join us for dinner? Please let us know so we can account for it when making the reservation. We will then hike to Violette's Lock and on to Riley's Lock where we'll cross the Seneca Creek Aqueduct and take a short side trip to the Seneca Mill & Quarry Ruins. We'll retrace our steps and take a lunch/snack break at Riley's Lock before heading back to Violette's Lock where we will make our way into Blockhouse Point Park. We will take several trails in the forest and stop at a couple of overlooks of the Potomac and Canal Towpath on our way back to the parking lot to complete the circuit. This is a B hike due to the mileage, but most of the hike is level. There is one short but somewhat steep hill going up into the forest. You might want to bring hiking poles if you normally use them on hills. The overlooks are short out and backs and descend slightly from the forest area. **These rocky overlooks offer great views of the Potomac!** The pace will be about 2.5 mph. There are porta-johns at the locks. **Bring**: Adequate water/hydration, snacks/lunch, and sturdy hiking shoes since there are some rocky areas and tree roots with a lot of leaf coverage on the ground. Hi everyone, Join us for a relaxed and welcoming conversation about life, money, and everything in between. There’s no pressure and no preparation needed—just come as you are. We’ll keep things informal and conversational. I’ll guide us through a few light prompts to get the discussion started, and everyone is welcome to share as much or as little as they’d like. 📍 We’ll meet at the Barnes & Noble cafĂ© in One Loudoun ⏰ 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM I’ll be seated in the cafĂ© area—look for me wearing something red and a small “Meetup” sign on the table. Feel free to come over and say hello when you arrive. If you’re on the fence, feel free to drop in—even for a short time 😊 Looking forward to meeting you! — Verna
