The Power of Community An Experiential workshop on authentic community Many groups function. But true community rarely happens by itself. This workshop explores the foundations of authentic community — not as an ideal, but as a learnable skill and a lived process. Based on the work of M. Scott Peck (Pseudo-community → Chaos → Emptiness → True Community) and my own practice, we'll explore together: what distinguishes true community from mere harmony? why conflict, difference, and uncertainty are part of it? how presence, trust, and responsibility emerge in a group? how community can be experienced — not just understood? The focus is on experience: short impulses, shared reflection, simple exercises in the room.
