Desde la estación Renfe de **Sant Vicenç de Calders** empezaremos nuestro paseo yendo hacia el paseo marítimo de **Coma ruga** y seguir rumbo a **Torredembarra** , pasando por un curioso conjunto de edificios en estilo andaluz, **Roc de Sant Gaità,** y luego atravesando **la** **playa de Creixell** y **del Gorg**, pequeños paraísos naturales protegidos de la **Costa Daurada** Nuestra excursión seguirá el GR92 (Sendero Mediterráneo), un **camino costero bastante** fácil que pasa por paseos marítimos, **playas** y caminos de madera y que nos llevará a Torredembarra donde podremos parar a **almorzar en la playa** o a la sombra y darnos un **baño en el mar** 🏊 ... para l@s mas atrevid@s ! Después podremos dar un paseo por el **casco antiguo** de Torredembarra y tomar algo antes de coger el tren a casa. **The Ocean Walk: 1.1 km to cross the ocean on foot 🌊** Picture this: you're at the bottom of the Mariana Trench. 11,000 meters below the surface. Darkness. Silence. Mystery. And then you start rising. 1.1 km walking through Poble Nou, feet on the ground, head underwater. Every meter you walk = 10 meters of depth back to the surface. From the abyss to the shore. Hydrothermal vents. Sperm whales. Coral reefs. At every stop, a world most of us will never see. Its stories, its beauty, its fragility. This is the very first Ocean Walk in English in Barcelona! 💙 **What we'll experience together as a community ready to embark :** We meet in front of the Internacional Restaurant Bar in Poble Nou. We'll get in around 4 miles at Three Creeks Metro Parks, primarily natural trails. 17-18 minute miles, no one left behind, and faster walkers are free to lead out. Optional lunch after! If you're joining for hiking all the metro parks, this is the sixth one!

Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
