We organising a co-working + socialising session for all of us who like to work on something (e.g. our own project, freelance or remote work) but feel working alone at home can get a bit lonely :-) To ensure that we have both socialising AND working, we will be using the so called “Pomodoro” technique: **50min of deep work** (silent), followed by **10min of break** to socialise. Then repeat, we typically do up to 3 rounds. It’s an effective way to stay focused - you can read more about it [here](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pomodoro_Technique). We have booked a separate room with multiple tables at the 2nd floor of the cafe, just walk all the way through to the back when you walk in, or ask the barista. Wifi + power plugs are there but best to bring a fully charged laptop and extension cords, just in case 🙃 You DO NOT have to pay anything, but since we are using the café space, it would be common courtesy to buy at least one drink. Join us in an experiential healing Kintsugi workshop in a calm serene setting acccompanied by soothing meditative music and scents. Kintsugi is Japanese ancient art of mending broken pottery. It essentially teaches us to appreciate and celebrate the broken pottery’s flaws and cracks. During the 2 hour session, you will learn all about the origins and history of Kintsugi, types of Kintsugi, how Kintsugi teaches us sustainability and very importantly how Kintsugi is a healing art.
