**Decoden Workshop - Design your own charms & accessories** The **Decoden Workshop** offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in a playful and creative world and design **your own Decoden charms and accessories** . Decoden is a decorative technique that uses a creamy glue, colors, and cute charms. This results in unique designs that are both creative and individual. This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to try something new and achieve great results with minimal effort. In the Decoden Workshop, you can **customize various objects according to your own style** . A selection is available. * **picture frame** * **cases** * **Handheld mirrors & table mirrors** * **jewelry box** * **hair clip** You decide which object you want to decorate and how playful, colorful, or minimalist your design should be. Each piece is unique and reflects your personal creativity. A major advantage of the Decoding Workshop is its **flexible duration** . You'll need approximately **15 to 30 minutes** per item , depending on the level of detail and design. This makes the workshop suitable for both short creative breaks and longer crafting sessions. You can also create several objects in succession if you'd like to try out different designs. The **price starts at CHF 30 per item** . Included in the price are **one paint color and 20 charms** . All materials are provided, so you don't need to bring anything. You can get started right away and focus entirely on your creative work. If you'd like to use additional paint colors or charms, you can easily add them. Beginners **are very welcome** . You don't need any prior knowledge to participate in the Decoden Workshop. I'll explain step by step how the technique works, how to apply the glue correctly, and how to place your charms so that your design looks harmonious. I'll be there to offer tips and support throughout the entire workshop. It's important to note the **drying time** : The glue used needs about **two hours** to dry stably and **overnight** to fully harden. Therefore, you have two options: You can leave your artwork with me and **pick it up later** once it's completely dry. Alternatively, you can carefully take your piece home and let it continue drying there. **For whom?** The decoding workshop is **suitable for everyone** – children, teenagers, and adults. It offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can be creative, unwind, and create something unique. Whether alone, with friends, or as a short creative break – this workshop is fun and guarantees quick success. **Let's get DIRTY!** In this creative **pottery workshop,** we'll create a lovingly designed **cat bowl** together . You'll work with real clay and create a unique work of art step by step. The finished cat bowl is perfect as a decoration, a jewelry dish, or a small, handmade gift for cat lovers. The workshop is designed so that **no prior knowledge is necessary** . Whether you're working with clay for the first time or already have experience, I'll guide you through the entire process and show you everything at your own pace. The focus is on the joy of creative work and the experience of creating something unique with your own hands. At the beginning of the workshop, you'll have **an hour to knead and model** . During this time, you'll learn how clay feels, how to prepare it properly, and how to create a stable base for your cat bowl. Together, we'll shape the bowl's body and create typical feline features such as ears, face, and paws. I'll show you step by step how to bring your design to life and what to pay attention to so that your bowl is both stable and aesthetically pleasing. In the second part of the workshop, we'll focus on **painting your cat bowl** . You'll have about an hour for this as well. You can choose colors, add patterns, or give your cat a completely unique look. Whether playful, simple, or colorful – every cat bowl will be a truly one-of-a-kind piece. I'll be happy to help you choose colors and give you tips on how to make your creation look its best. If you'd like **to create a larger piece** , that's also possible. In this case, there will be an **additional charge of 10–20 CHF** , as more materials and time will be required. Just let me know during the workshop, and we can find the right solution for your project together. **Finishing your ceramic piece:** After the workshop, your piece will remain in the studio for approximately two days to allow the clay to dry completely. It will then be fired twice. After the first firing, your eggshell will be glazed to give it a beautiful shine, make it durable, and food-safe. During the second firing, the glaze permanently bonds to the clay. The entire waiting period is at least two weeks. **For whom?** The "Cat Bowl" pottery workshop is **suitable for everyone** – children and adults alike. Beginners are very welcome. Welcome to Casual Boardgames, where we enjoy classic tabletop games and social deduction games while bonding over good food, drinks, and great conversations. 
We started this group to meet new people and make new friends, and bonding over games in a relaxed atmosphere is a great way to do that. We currently meet near route 23 and Polaris Parkway, and this is close to areas like Powell, Lewis Center, Worthington, and parts of Westerville and Columbus. 
Feel free to bring your own games or play one of the many games our members bring. If you are inexperienced, we will help you learn. 
Here are just a few examples of the kind of games we play. 
Tabletop/board games: Splendor, Catan, Azul, Dominion, 7 Wonders… 
Social deduction games: Code Names, Chameleon, Werewords… 
IMPORTANT: 
1. While we love playing a variety of games and competing, we are not just about the games. We interact and talk while playing, and this leads to a lot of laughter and fun. If you just want to compete and focus solely on the game, then this is probably not the group you are looking for. 
2. Many people join groups like this and never (or rarely) show up after weeks or months. If you join and never really come, we will eventually remove you from the group as a courtesy to our members. Why? Because limiting group conversations (on the app) to regular members makes communication and planning much easier. Also, while it may be rare, it protects members from people who join because they are interested in following a person instead of having a real interest in our group. If you get removed, it is just because you haven’t come, and we follow this protocol as a courtesy to our regular game players.

AI is changing how art is made. But when does it stop being your work and start being the machine’s? This month we're going to be doing a panel with with digital image, music, and written word artists, talking about at what point, while using AI in the creation process, does the work become not the artist creation? The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~$20 per person. Soft drink refills are $1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. There is a parking lot behind the neighboring Mexican restaurant that is free and easy to walk from but it's a bit hidden.
