In fact, it's one of the largest fighting gyms in Singapore, and houses everything you need for all-rounded mixed martial arts (MMA) training, including an MMA cage, competition-sized boxing ring, punching bag stations and more. All the instructors are either pro boxers, boxing champions, or national wrestlers, so you'll be picking up the best techniques from the top experts themselves.

Intense Self-Defence Group Class (All Ages, All Levels)
**For ages 10 and above.**
Get fit (strength and conditioning) while learning the valuable skills of self defense. The training will be fun but intense and the methods are designed to prepare you for practical street encounters, and to help you get out of threatening situations quickly with little or minimal injury should the need arise.
The areas that these classes will cover will span into the following parts. They are:
1. Striking techniques
2. Basic grappling and ground defense
3. Escapes techniques (e.g. body, hand grabs, head locks, and chokes)
4. Joint locking and restraining techniques.
5. Pad work drills.
There will be light sparring and simulations drills.
Risks, situational awareness and self defense fundamentals are also designed in the syllabus and will be covered accordingly.

Join us for a practical endurance training session designed to build back strength, overall stamina, and backpack carrying efficiency, perfect for those preparing for long-distance hikes and treks.
We will tackle a mix of trail and stair climbs to simulate the kind of effort and strain experienced during multi-day hikes. This session focuses on consistency, not speed, ideal for beginners and experienced hikers alike who want to train smart.
🧳 What to Bring:
* Backpack (with at least 5-7kg weight to simulate real conditions)
* Minimum 1.5L of water
* Light snacks or energy bars
* Towel/small cloth
* Rain gear or poncho (weather dependent)
* Proper hiking shoes
* Sunscreen and cap
* EZ-Link card / small cash for lunch

Train smart. This is not a race. The goal is to develop strength and endurance through consistent effort and mindful pacing.

Tucked away on the 5th floor of a heritage shophouse on Purvis Street, this boutique gym offers Boxing, Wrestling and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) classes in a slightly different format. Our classes are aimed at teaching the technical components of each combat sport, should you choose to pursue this as a competitive athlete or serious combat sports enthusiast. We welcome all levels, but be prepared to work hard when you step through our doors. This gym is like no other, we worked hard to create a communal old school boxing environment for all gym goers to feel comfortable training in.

LGBTQIA+ Community Crochet- First Meeting!
**Calling all queer crochet enthusiasts;** I am a visual artist located in Columbus that is searching for people who may want to gather while also participating in creating a piece of artwork. My goal is to spend time enjoying one another’s company while making a work of art that will be displayed within our community. I plan to teach people to crochet (if unfamiliar) while also inviting current fiber artists to join us for some much-needed social interaction. There are no expectations from those who attend, materials will be included, and any amount of participation is welcome!
