A most beautiful walk along the Regents Canal and Victoria Park by the Hertford Union Canal to arrive at the wonderful Olympic Park in Stratford by teatime. We shall set off at 10.15am and walk for about 6 to 7 miles. Please bring water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket and walking shoes/boots or trainers.
