100 Minuten Zukunft – Der Salon der Zukünfte @BEYDES
**Tickets / Anmeldung:**
[https://www.eventbrite.de/e/100-minuten-zukunft-der-salon-der-zukunfte-beydes-tickets-1983680334279](https://www.eventbrite.de/e/100-minuten-zukunft-der-salon-der-zukunfte-beydes-tickets-1983680334279)
• Welche gesellschaftlichen Dynamiken dominieren?
Keine Dramatisierung, sondern analytische Klarheit. Aktuelle Entwicklungen werden eingeordnet und der Blick geweitet und wünschenswerte, realistische und dystopische Zukünfte bewusst gegenübergestellt. Was anfangs abstrakt erscheint, wird überraschend konkret. Diffuse Unsicherheiten verwandeln sich in beschreibbare Zukunftsbilder. Aus Diskussionen entstehen Handlungsoptionen.
**Orientierung in unsicheren Zeiten**
**Regelmäßige Orientierung in komplexen Zeiten**

No SDK. No deployment. No boilerplate.
Alexander will show how workflows can be turned into reusable “skills” that help teams automate recurring processes and scale execution without additional engineering overhead.

### 🤖 AI in E-Commerce: From Data to Beautiful Dashboards
**Speaker: Matthias Siwy (MLC-Direct)**
AI development are evolving rapidly, but the real leverage comes from combining them with existing company data. Matthias will share how teams use modern AI workflows and vibe-coding to move from raw data to working analytics interfaces in hours.

Crossroads: East and West
After the success and satisfaction of the first meeting of this group two weeks ago, I am glad to announce the second meetup.
For this second meeting, our initial topic of discussion will be about The History of the connection of philosophies, sciences and arts between the West and the East.
We'll start with short introductions from everyone attending.
The focus will be on historical, scientific and philosophical discussion rather than contemporary political debate
*(You'll recognise me by my blue scarf)*
Lazy Liar Games -Farewell Brewdog edition
Sunday afternoon is perfect to play some lazy liar games, if you have nothing better to do.
We are a group of friendly people who will teach you how to play these easy social deduction games . Amazing way to meet new people and have some good company during weekend. Today we are saying goodbye to Brewdog - after almost 10 years
**IMPORTANT**
It's relaxed playing, nothing for ambitious gamers or people who take it too serious.
Waiting list policy:
When spots open up, we try to bring in a good mix — some regulars we can count on and some new faces to keep things fresh. That means not everyone will get picked every time, but don’t take it the wrong way — it’s just about balance. There’ll always be more chances to join!
Church on Sunday (Worship in English)
**Join Us for Sunday Worship at the American Church in Berlin!**
The American Church in Berlin (ACB) is an **ecumenical Protestant congregation** where people from *many* Christian traditions worship together—Lutheran, Reformed/Presbyterian, Anglican/Episcopal, Methodist, Baptist, non-denominational, Roman Catholic, and even a few Eastern Orthodox members. Wherever you come from, you’ll find a place where you can feel at home.
Our worship is **traditional and liturgical**, rooted in the rich patterns of the Christian church and easy for both Protestants and Roman Catholics to enjoy. We celebrate **Holy Communion every Sunday and every festival day**, and all baptized Christians are welcome at the Lord’s Table.
ACB is an **extraordinarily diverse congregation**, with members from around the world. On any given Sunday you’ll find long-time Berlin residents, young adults, teenagers who attend on their own, families with children, seniors, and many visitors and tourists passing through the city.
Our community is known for its **warm and friendly fellowship**—it’s one of the things people talk about most after visiting. Some folks dress formally and others show up in jeans and sneakers; we sit side by side without judgment. **Come exactly as you are.**
Most importantly: **our welcome is for everybody—EVERYBODY.** If you’re looking for a church home, a place to pray, just looking to connect, or simply a peaceful hour of worship during your travels, you’re invited.
We’d love to welcome you this Sunday!

Data & Analytics Wednesday - The Data-Driven Brand
**The Data-Driven Brand: Using Analytics to Shape Perception**
Can you use analytics to improve tacos? This being CBUSDAW, we think the answer is probably “yes”, but we’re not sure how to implement or test this theory.
For our April meetup we’ve got Sara Kear, CMO of Condado Tacos, to investigate this delicious question. Sara will explore how she blends quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback to shape brand positioning and drive business decisions. We all know that marketing and analytics go way beyond attribution. Sara will show how Condado uses customer insights to inform product and pricing strategy.
She’ll also highlight how Condado leverages customer feedback at scale to influence operational priorities, positioning marketing as the voice of the customer across the organization. In the last 12 years Condado has gone from one location in Columbus to 52 locations across 10 states, so we’re guessing there’s more to that growth than really good guac (though the guac probably helps).
Ultimately, this talk focuses on the intersection of art and science—using data to inform creativity and build a brand that resonates with customers in a measurable way.
**About Our Speaker**
Sara Kear is Chief Marketing Officer at Condado Tacos, where she oversees brand, restaurant design, menu and pricing strategy, off-premise including catering, and customer data strategy. Since joining in 2021, she has helped grow the brand from 19 to 52 locations while building a data-driven marketing organization focused on loyalty and customer insights. Condado has since been named to the Inc. 5000, recognized as Breakout Retailer by Chain Store Age, and consistently ranked among FastCasual’s Top 100 Movers & Shakers.

# FAQs
**Do all ideas have a chance at getting funded?**
Not all ideas will move forward after initial pitches on Saturday. Once pitches are complete, we’ll vote for top ideas and form teams around the 4 – 7 ideas with the most votes. You must recruit **at least four total team members** (including the founder) to move forward and have a chance at getting funded on Sunday. If your idea doesn’t move forward, you can join another team!
**Do I have to submit my idea online prior to the event?**
Unlike previous years, we don’t have the option to submit your idea online prior to the event. Instead, everyone will be going through a brainstorming exercise on Saturday that’ll help you prepare for your initial pitch.
**Will we be working for 24 hours straight?**
Nope. The event is split over two days. You’ll be building on Saturday and pitching on Sunday.
**Do I have to pitch an idea?**
Nope. You can also simply join a team.
**What types of entrepreneurs does GBH support?**
While GBH most often works with technology startups, we support *any* organization (for- or non-profit) that makes an impact on health in the US or across the world.
How to Take Control of YOUR Mental Health
It’s time to take control of your mental health. How do you get rid of stress, anxiety and uncertainty? These emotions are buried deep in your reactive mind.
Find out what the reactive mind is, and in the process find yourself.
Here is the secret of being positive and free:
Thinking positively is not enough.
You also have to get rid of the negative thinking.
Your mind is like a garden.
You can plant many beautiful flowers in it, but if you don't get rid of the weeds when you plant your flowers, the weeds will soon take over the whole garden.
A positive thought is like a flower in your mental garden, and a negative thought is like a weed.
You cannot expect to have a positive mindset if you continue to have negative thoughts dwelling and growing there.
So, how do you get rid of the negative thoughts? That's what this Meetup is all about. Attend this local meeting and find out!
The Meetup event will be led by a consultant who had helped many people live happier in life.
Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there.
This group is created by the Dianetics & Scientology life improvement center.
How LLMs Like ChatGPT Actually Work and How to Build With Them
**First meetup of the Columbus AI Engineering group.**
We’ll kick things off with a practical, beginner-friendly discussion on:
**How LLMs like ChatGPT actually work — and how to build real applications with them.**
We’ll cover:
* what’s actually happening under the hood (at a high level)
* why LLMs behave the way they do (hallucinations, prompt sensitivity, etc.)
* how people are building real systems with them today
* where things break in practice
This will be a **short, informal talk (\~15–20 min)** followed by open discussion and Q&A.
Whether you’re an engineer, builder, or just curious about how modern AI systems work, you’re welcome to join.
No slides, no fluff — just real conversation about real systems.
We’ll hang out afterward and get to know each other.
