Creating Landscapes from Paper
Artist Mi.M warmly invites you to discover your own artistic voice and experiment freely, guided by creative techniques and meditation.
Are you ready to leave everyday life behind for a moment and immerse yourself in the world of colors and shapes?
This workshop isn't about perfection, but about letting go, discovering, and the joy of creation.
"Let your instincts guide you and paint on the paper – it's soothing, surprising, and absolutely liberating."
Are you ready to embark on your own creative journey?
**[Then register now – I look forward to seeing you! Tickets here.](https://gokonfetti.com/de-de/e/kreativ-retreat-landschaften-aus-papier-selbst-gestalten-zvprrg/)**
* Arriving & Centering: We'll begin with a short (5-minute) meditation and specific breathing techniques. A brief creative exercise will open your mind to new inspiration.
* Orientation & Discovery: I'll bring a wealth of materials. You can follow your intuition, choose color combinations, and either continue working on your paper or start collage right away.
* The Creative Flow: As the workshop progresses, we'll let go of control. We let "the paper paint" and follow our instincts. It's fascinating to see the surprising works of art that emerge when our minds take a break.
* Individual guidance: Whether you're an experienced artist or a complete beginner, I'll support you exactly where you need help to bring your ideas to life.
* Inspiration through community: We'll exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. Often, the best new ideas arise from the group!

**About the Artist Mi\.M \| Let the Paper paint \(LtPp\)**
Mi.M seamlessly blends intuitiv depth with meditative lightness. Her artistic journey is deeply rooted in the French tradition and with over 20 years of artistic practice, she has developed a unique creative signature: Let the Paper paint" (LtPp).
The Art of Dialogue: In her mixed-media compositions on wood, Mi.M allows the material itself to take the lead—letting the paper "paint." Fragments of her own paintings and drypoint etchings merge with historical finds, such as vintage airmail and newspapers, to create multi-layered narratives. Her work strikes a vibrant balance between abstract linework, echoes of landscapes, and a sensory depth that invites the viewer to pause and reflect.
Workshops at Kunstrau Heartspace: Where Technique Meets Intuition
* As a certified Arts and Creativity Therapist (IEK), Mi.M guides participants to quiet the mind and enter a state of creative flow. Her LtPp workshops at Heartspace offer a unique fusion of:
* Expert Knowledge: Collage techniques and material science drawn from two decades of experience.
* Parisian Flair: The elegance and expressive freedom of the French school of art.
* Creative Stillness: A focus on structure and haptics as a path to inner calm.
"My goal is to use the medium of paper and texture to create moments of silence and pure, creative freedom."
**Expertise & Background**
* Academic Roots: 8 years in Paris \| Study Université des Beaux\-Arts
* Professional Experience: Over 20 years of artistic practice and creative education.
* Qualification: Certified Arts and Creativity Therapist (IEK).
* Experience: Long-standing practice in leading workshops for children and adults.
* Focus: Specialized LtPp workshops centered on meditative design, experimental collage, and relaxation.

🧠 Decision-Making Under Pressure (Part 2)
🧠 **Decision-Making Under Pressure (Part 2)**
The wait is over.
After the great response to our first session, we’re bringing it back — with new scenarios, new challenges, and even more real-time decision-making.
This is not a typical event.
It’s an **interactive business simulation**, where you step into the role of a founder and face real-world startup situations under pressure.
You’ll work in small teams, analyze scenarios, make decisions within limited time, and present your approach — just like in real life.
***
# 💡 What to Expect
🔹 Work in teams
🔹 Solve realistic startup scenarios
🔹 Make decisions under time pressure
🔹 Present your strategy
🔹 Receive feedback and different perspectives
Each round becomes more challenging, pushing you to think faster, communicate clearly, and act with confidence.
***
# 🎯 Why Join
Because building a startup is a series of decisions —
and the ability to make them under pressure is what makes the difference.
Whether you’re a founder, aspiring entrepreneur, or simply curious, this session will challenge you to think critically and act decisively.

**Learning about boundaries and communication**.
If you have not yet attended a workshop on Consent in the Village, now is the time! This workshop is highly recommended for anyone wishing to visit our project on a regular basis, or to attend one of our workshops. This experience will not only help you navigate within the we.are.village community, but it will also equip you to carry these values into your life.
Being aware of your boundaries and expressing your consent or non-consent are essential skills in life, but we don’t often get a chance to actually practice consent skills in the same way we practice other skills, like singing, playing sports or learning a language.
Consent is about much more than a simple yes or no. When we deconstruct consent, we discover how to communicate our true desires and stop choosing the things we actually don’t want. Through discussion, movement and partner games, we will build tools to express and negotiate physical desires and set boundaries through the use of practical exercises. This workshop is inclusive and welcoming to individuals of all body sizes, genders, and background.
This is a non-sexual workshop, and great, low pressure situation in which to practice communication and touching. It’s as much about how to truly say yes and mean it as it is about saying no!
If you have not yet attended a workshop on Consent in the Village, now is the time! This experience will not only help you navigate within the we are village community, but it will also equip you to carry these values into your life. Together, we aim to nurture a consent-centered community with shared values, emphasizing individual responsibility in upholding these principles. Our ultimate goal is to foster healthy relationships and create an inclusive community for a better, more connected future.

\- 11:30\-12:30 \- Silent focus time
\- 12:30 \- Discussion of books/ projects over coffee
Afterwards, join for lunch if you'd like (optional).
**Drinks & snacks are included** ☕️
* **To reserve your place, a ticket (€9,90/event) or a community pass (only €17,90/MONTH) [from the website](https://pausify.org/) *www.pausify.org* is required**
* **Attendance here doesn’t show all sign-ups from other platforms. We usually have about 50 to 100 people at each event.**
***FAQ: Why does it cost money if I bring my own project?***
Because we rent a beautiful, central space for every event. Ever thought your monthly apartment rent was too high? Well, multiply that – that’s what commercial spaces in big cities like Berlin cost *per hour*.
Of course, if all you want is just some quiet time, your home or a library is perfect. But if you’d like to focus & connect with others in an inspiring space – with drinks, snacks included – that’s what your ticket helps to cover.

Drawing Cafe [#21] Coffee & Sketching in Berlin
We meet and sketch each other in Berlin. This is just an art gym that we also exercise our social skills. Afterwards usually we go for lunch as a group.
**How Does It Work?**
This event is simple, we meet and sketch each other doing portraits. Most of the participants use pencils or watercolors. Main aim is to socialize while we draw. There will be plenty of time to talk and get to know each other. We have to mention that this event is suitable for all levels. Many have started to draw in our event actually.
**Structure**
A. Warmup Phase: We pose to each other for 1 minute.
B. Main Phase: We pose to each other for 10 minutes.
C. Showcase Phase: We show some of the drawings we did to each other.
**Who We Are**
Creative Sessions is an art events group located in Berlin.
**Is it Free?**
The event is free of charge.
It is advisable to get a drink though. This is a cafe, we need to have at least half of the people on each table with a drink. They accept only cash and most hot drinks cost from 2.50 to 3.50.
**How to help or donate?**
The event is provided for free but many people help this be a regular thing. We also need people to volunteer and help for minor tasks like the serving of the drinks or cleaning up. Just send us a message.
If you want to donate and keep this event from happening, via Paypal to the host (Miltos) :

Central Ohio Chapter Meeting
IN PERSON IN COLUMBUS
How I Get Private Lenders and Partners to Fund My Deals
If you can’t fund it, you don’t have a deal.
And right now, funding is where more investors are getting stuck.
Private lenders are more cautious.
Partners are asking better questions.
And deals that look good on paper still fall apart when the money doesn’t show up.
That’s why we’re bringing in a panel of investors who are actually getting their deals funded right now.
You’ll hear how they’re finding money, structuring deals, and building relationships that lead to repeat funding.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
* Where they’re finding private lenders today
* How they start conversations that lead to funding
* What makes lenders and partners say YES
* How they structure deals to be fundable
* The biggest mistakes investors make when raising money
* How to build repeat funding relationships
**Early Session (6:00–7:00 PM Eastern):**

This is where connections turn into action.
This meeting is for serious real estate investors nationwide, and we’re known for our high-content, real-life education and our nationwide community of dealmakers.

How to Get Off-Market Deals With Direct-to-Seller Marketing
**How to Get Off-Market Deals With Direct-to-Seller Marketing**
Want to learn how to get off-market deals through direct-to-seller marketing without relying on agents, wholesalers, or the MLS for consistent deal flow?
That is exactly what we are covering at this next Columbus Investors Club Meetup.
Get Your Free Ticket **[HERE](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/how-to-get-off-market-deals-with-direct-to-seller-marketing-tickets-1987845260686?aff=cicmeetupapp)**[ ](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/how-to-get-off-market-deals-with-direct-to-seller-marketing-tickets-1987845260686?aff=cicmeetupapp)🎟️
Most investors who try to do off-market deals make the same mistake: they throw money into a marketing channel, pray that it works, and hope a deal comes out the other side. There is no real strategy, no clear math, no tracking, and no process to know what is actually working.
At this meetup, we are going to break down how to reverse engineer direct-to-seller marketing using our SCALE framework so you can approach your marketing with more clarity, confidence, and consistency.
We will cover how to think through inbound, outbound, and free marketing channels, how to choose the right channel for your goals, how to run the numbers before you spend, how to allocate the right budget, how to launch the campaign correctly, and how to evaluate and track performance so you can make better decisions moving forward.
**SCALE Framework:**
**S –** Select the right channel
**C –** Calculate the numbers
**A –** Allocate the budget
**L –** Launch the campaign
**E –** Evaluate and track it
**What We’ll Cover**
* How to get off-market deals through direct-to-seller marketing
* How to stop guessing and start reverse engineering your marketing
* The difference between inbound, outbound, and free marketing channels
* How to choose the right channel for your business and market
* How to calculate the numbers before launching
* How to allocate a budget based on goals, not emotion
* How to launch and track a campaign the right way
* How to create more consistent and predictable deal flow
**Date:** May 28, 2026 (Thursday)
