**Would you like to practice your German and do some theatre at the same time?** Join us for our **Spielend Deutsch lernen** workshop starting this September! Our workshops are conducted in German and are designed for non-native speakers. No prior theatre experience is necessary, but a basic knowledge of German (A2 level) is required to participate. In diesem besonderen Workshop rund um die japanische Bento-Box stellen die Köche Yurie Sakurai und Masaki Sakurai traditionelle, gesunde und alltagstaugliche Gerichte aus Japan vor. Dieser Workshop ist weit mehr als ein Kochkurs. Er bietet die Möglichkeit, die japanische Esskultur aus einer neuen Perspektive kennenzulernen. Frische saisonale Makrele wird zusammen mit Miso und Ingwer schonend geschmort. So verbinden sich der natürliche Geschmack des Fisches und die feinen Aromen der fermentierten Würzpaste zu einem harmonischen Gericht. Die beiden Kursleiter haben viele Jahre in Kindergärten der japanischen Präfektur Nagano gearbeitet, einer Region, die für ihren Reisanbau bekannt ist. Dort engagierten sie sich in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung und Ernährungsbildung mit regionalen Bio-Zutaten und begleiteten Kinder auf ihrem Weg zu einer gesunden Entwicklung. Darüber hinaus arbeiten sie seit vielen Jahren mit Produzenten aus ganz Japan zusammen und geben ihr Wissen über Lebensmittel, Esskultur und nachhaltigen Genuss in Kochkursen weiter. Theres some blankets, yoga mats, cushions and chairs in the room that you can use. The plan will be for us to do some small discussions at the top and then start discussing theory before doing some meditations of increasing length and then closing with some time for Q & A. We will take a short break in the middle as well. The plan is to go from 10-12 roughly but we may end a little closer to 11:30 depending. This week will function primarily as a simple introduction to meditation and some topics in the space but we will also discuss what the Jhanas are. Looking forward!
