FLow - vocal soundbath and breathwork meditation + freestyle vocal session
🕢 Doors open at 18:30 and sessions start at 19:00. Freestyle vocal workout at and play session. €8-20 😌 Flow is a state of being… an experience when you allow yourself to be 100% fully engaged in the present moment in a feedback loop between clarity and satisfaction. It is an undeniable sensation where things seem to be more effortless, pleasurable, in sync, and you can easily sense a connection with something greater than yourself; this is what we will create…: • a connected and mindful meditation where it is possible to blissfully surf the cutting edge of the present moment together… • a game where it’s possible to feel excited and calm in the same moment, and everyone can win as much as they like… Scott Bolden, founder of Das Baumhaus Berlin will share some very easy, practical and effective methods developed during the last 12 years of facilitating the “Improvisational Groove Orchestra” (I.G.O.) improv vocal jam sessions. Within 20 minutes participants learn to use the common sound space to create resonance in the form of improvisational music where it is quite common to experience some real flow moments… It is very easy to participate, no musical talent or training is required so anyone is welcome to join. All of the session is done with eyes closed to avoid visual distractions and keep focus on the co-created sound space. During these sessions we will also have short breaks for feedback and refreshment. Important – Please be on time. It is very important to understand the methodology and warm up in the group before joining in! 🎤 @21:00 - Freestyle vocal workshop and practice session. €8-15 Have you ever wanted to learn how to do freestyle vocalizations? Emotional Impact Play Workshop
Emotional Impact Play Workshop
**The art of being unforgettable.** Full program, what to bring, and tickets on our website: 👉 [spnkd.com](https://spnkd.com/solo-workshop-emotional-impact-play/) — There's a kind of connection that stays with you, not because of what was done, but because of how deeply you were seen. This workshop is for people who want to learn how to do that: to read another person with precision, stay present under emotional intensity, and create exchanges that linger long after the moment is over. We borrow from an unlikely source, Sanford Meisner, the legendary acting teacher who defined his craft as *living truthfully under imaginary circumstances*. His repetition exercises train people to drop the performance, sit in real emotion, and respond instinctively to whatever the other person is giving them. Through guided exercises, you'll practice reading expressions and shifts, heightening presence, developing radical empathy, and staying inside yourself while letting someone else fully in. Facilitated by Anna Noctuelle, who brings over twenty years of practice and an international teaching career in somatic work, intimacy, and movement. Grounded in classical dance and authentic movement, she teaches with a focus on presence and emotional attunement. Co-founder of Studio Ma in London and creator of Shibari Score Notation. Open to solos and duos. Solo attendees will be paired up on the night. No prior experience required. Full program, what to bring, and tickets on our website: 👉 [spnkd.com](https://spnkd.com/solo-workshop-emotional-impact-play/) €75 per person · Limited spots

Zwischen Postkartenmotiv & deinem Bild
Zwischen Postkartenmotiv & deinem Bild
*English follows below* **Berlin hat genug Postkarten. Was dich wirklich anhält. Vorfreudige Grüße Pierre \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- **Between Postcard Motif & Your Image** **Berlin has enough postcards. This time it's about finding out which image in it is truly yours.** In 3 hours we move from Ostkreuz through the RAW Gelände and Warschauer Brücke to Oberbaumbrücke. Through places chosen deliberately because they're full of contrasts, movement and that typical Berlin energy you can't stage. No guided tour, no checklist of spots. More like a shared playground for focus, attention and your own inner photographic eye. **At the center is a question that almost never gets asked on regular photo walks: How do you filter out from all the noise, the stimuli and the thousand possible subjects of a big city what actually matters to you?** Not what's worth seeing according to a travel guide. What genuinely stops you in your tracks. With small exercises, real exchange and places that have enough friction to become interesting, we look together at how focus, imagination and your own inner vision influence which images emerge. And why some photos still feel alive later, while others are forgotten three seconds after opening them. Some people notice for the first time here how strongly their own perception changes photography. The ending is a real Berlin moment. Cold "Späti" drinks and/or street food, surrounded by a few of the city's most iconic postcard motifs. Not as a tourist selfie spot, but to see your own images differently and take home ideas from other people's perspectives that you wouldn't have found alone. **Smartphone or camera, beginner or pro: The space is wide enough for everyone to work at their own level. What counts is curiosity about your own perception and the desire for more than the typical tourist photo tour.** Suggested donation from 20 €. => Small group, full attention. I'm looking forward to you and your eye. To the images nobody has made yet, because they've been waiting for you. Warm regards and anticipation, Pierre
