**Give your back the care it deserves.** This class combines flowing movements, gentle strength-building, and breath awareness to help you move with more ease and confidence. Together, we’ll explore practices that open the shoulders and hips, release tension in the neck and lower back, and strengthen the muscles that support healthy posture. You’ll learn simple techniques that translate into daily life, whether you spend long hours at a desk or just want to feel more comfortable in your body. All levels are welcome, no yoga background needed. Expect to leave class feeling grounded, refreshed, and better connected to your spine. This class is held in English. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.

Slow down and reconnect with your body through deep, meditative stretches held for several minutes. This class targets the connective tissues - ligaments, joints, and fascia - to increase flexibility and release stored tension. Perfect for calming the mind, improving mobility, and finding stillness after a busy day. This class is held in English and is beginner-friendly. Feel free to bring your own mat or use one of ours.

**Would you like to practice your German and do some theatre at the same time?** Join us for our **Spielend Deutsch lernen** workshop starting this September! Our workshops are conducted in German and are designed for non-native speakers. No prior theatre experience is necessary, but a basic knowledge of German (A2 level) is required to participate. Mit Musik im Hintergrund sowie Wein, Tee und Snacks im Repertoire wird dann gekleckst, gemalt, gezeichnet, geklebt, geredet und gelacht. Das Ganze kann sehr ambitioniert stattfinden, aber genauso zum Hirn-abschalten dienen. Austausch, Bilderswapping und gegenseitige Tipps/Kritik sind sehr willkommen. ## **What Does Equality Look Like?** *A Women’s Circle & Watercolour Workshop* In this intimate two-hour women’s circle, we will gather to create, reflect, and connect through watercolour painting inspired by vintage feminist posters and historic movements such as the Women's March and International Women's Day. We’ll begin by exploring powerful imagery and messages from past feminist struggles. Together, we’ll reflect on the fights that came before us, the freedoms we’ve inherited, and the work that still remains. Through guided prompts and open conversation, you’ll be invited to share: * Your personal relationship with feminism * The women and movements that shaped you * What equality means in your life today * Your hopes for the future Then, using watercolours, you’ll create your own vision of *Future Feminism* — whether that’s a symbolic poster, a soft imagined landscape of equality, powerful words layered in colour, or an abstract expression of freedom. We, Mariangela Tinelli and Meltem Nil are both Solo-Improvisation performance artists, we are regularly performing in diverse venues in Berlin for years and now we are also creating workshops together! Feel welcome to try it out if you are into improvisation or you are a poet, artist, dancer, musician or simply curious to try new things, here is our description (and feel free to ask me questions in messages): **This time we focus on: " Leave it, to make it richer" The connection between narration and abstraction.** *We will start by crafting transitions of movement, voice and text in our performances. Then we’ll find our ways of telling stories and working with narration. At the same time we will explore how to support, overlap and extend our talking flow with structural and abstract elements and eventually let go of the story line. Where can we go from there? What other levels and perspectives exist to enrich our creations and stories?
