We’re meeting at Bogatell for social beach games. We’ll set up a volleyball net as the main activity and also bring spikeball, frisbee and some cards. You can rotate in and out of games or just relax and talk between rounds. No pressure to play nonstop. The goal is simple: active people, good energy, and a relaxed social atmosphere. Volleyball level: Beginner to intermediate. You don’t need to be amazing, but you should know the basic rules and be able to keep a rally going. This works best when everyone can play at least a little. This is not a competitive tournament and not a party event. It’s a balanced, respectful space to meet people and enjoy the beach. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. ¡Bienvenid@ a la Matinal de pádel de los DOMINGOS! Toda la mañana jugando a pádel, partidos nivelados con descansos. A diferencia del formato pozo, nosotros organizamos los partidos según tu nivel. Las parejas irán rotando, pero si quieres puedes venir con un acompañante y jugar todos los partidos con pareja fija. Nivel **iniciación** (0,5 - 1), **medio-bajo** (1,5 - 2), **medio** (2,5 - 3) y **medio-alto** (3,5 - 4). **TODOS LOS PARTIDOS SE JUGARÁN AL MEJOR DE 7 JUEGOS (es decir, el primero que llegue a 4 juegos gana y finaliza el partido).** Al acabar el partido sube al punto de encuentro para recibir instrucciones del organizador. **Horario: Domingo de 10:00h a 14:00h**. También tendrás un **bolígrafo y una hoja** exclusiva para ti donde escribirás los nombres de tus citas y tus comentarios personales. En la hoja podrás tener el número o letra de la mesa donde deberás iniciar el juego. Ves a la zona de espera indicada por los organizadores. Al final del evento es **muy importante** escanear el **primer QR** de tu hoja para rellenar el formulario con tu: * nombre * número de teléfono * Instagram * correo electrónico * **los tres nombres** de las personas que más te han gustado *(Es buena idea escribir todos los nombres durante las citas y al final tachar todos excepto los 3 que más te gusten.)* En ese formulario también puedes dejar tu feedback para mejorar el evento. Mientras esperas puedes pedir una bebida, ir al baño y relajarte en la zona indicada. Pedimos a las chicas que lleguen **15 minutos antes** para poder sentarlas antes de que lleguen los chicos. Durante las rondas, un camarero pasará por si necesitáis pedir algo. *** ### **Actividad para romper el hielo** Dependiendo del día, hacemos una actividad para romper el hielo que consiste en contestar una serie de preguntas por grupos que sirven para conocer un poco más las diferentes personas antes de empezar las rondas de speed dating. ### **Inicio de rondas** Cada participante tiene una mini-cita de **7 minutos** con otra persona. Podrás encontrar preguntas para romper el hielo en la mesa que podrás usar si tu deseas para empezar una buena conversación. ### **Rotación** A la señal del anfitrión (campana o gong), **los chicos se mueven** a la siguiente mesa. La rotación es siempre siguiendo el orden de los números o letras que se encontrarán en las diferentes mesas: A,B,C,D,E,F... 1,2,3,4,5,6.... Al llegar a la última letra, se irá hacía la primera. Lo mismo aplica con los números. Los chicos se levantan 30 segundos para tomar notas; las chicas permanecen sentadas. ### **Pausa** No hay pausa general, pero si quieres descansar una ronda de 7 minutos, puedes pedir al anfitrión saltarte una ronda para pedir bebida, comida, ir al baño o relajarte en el jardín. ### **Fin de rondas** Al terminar, normalmente nos reunimos en el jardín para tomar algo. Así puedes seguir hablando y tomar tu decisión final. ### **Rellenar la hoja** Indica los nombres de **máximo 3 personas** que te gustaría volver a ver. Si tienes un match, recibirás la **información de contacto** de esa persona. *** # **Normas importantes** * Es fundamental que en tu perfil tengas **una foto clara de ti**. Si no tienes foto, te moveremos a la lista de espera. * Aunque veas lista de espera, apúntate igualmente: ajustamos para mantener **equilibrio chicos/chicas**. * Si te inscribes y pagas pero no puedes venir, debes informarnos **48 horas antes del evento**. En caso contrario, no habrá reembolso ni cambio de fecha. * Debes respetar el código de conducta estándar y la educación con todo el mundo. La organización se reserva el derecho de expulsar del evento inmediatamente a quién esté incumpliendo las normas. The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~20 per person. Soft drink refills are 1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. Thank you for your continued commitment to providing a fun and welcoming space to veteran, newbie, and rookie gamers in the Columbus area. Parking can sometimes fill esrly. There is additional parking lot behind the neighboring Mexican restaurant that is free and easy to walk from but it's a bit hidden.
