Gentle Flow & Sound Bath
This nourishing 60-minute session blends a gentle, feel-good yoga flow with immersive sound healing to help you move, breathe, and soften back into yourself.
We begin with a slow, intuitive flow designed to release tension, awaken the body, and create a sense of ease and fluidity. Movements are accessible and adaptable, focusing on grounding, opening the heart, and reconnecting to natural rhythm rather than pushing or striving. Breath awareness guides each transition, allowing the practice to feel both energizing and calming.
As the body settles, the session gradually transitions into a deeply restful sound journey. Using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and voice gently wash through the nervous system, supporting relaxation, emotional release, and creative flow. You're invited to rest, receive, and simply be.
This class is ideal if you're seeking:
* A gentle yet uplifting movement practice
* Stress relief and nervous system reset
* A sense of grounding, creativity, and embodied calm
* A mindful experience that blends movement, sound, and presence
No prior yoga or sound healing experience is needed. Come as you are - curious, tired, inspired, or simply in need of a pause.
✨ Move. Feel. Rest. Reset. ✨
Bring your own mat or use one of ours.

Improvisation Workshop - Coming with nothing and leaving with everything
We, Mariangela Tinelli and Meltem Nil are both Solo-Improvisation performance artists, we are regularly performing in diverse venues in Berlin for years and now we are also creating workshops together!
Feel welcome to try it out if you are into improvisation or you are a poet, artist, dancer, musician or simply curious to try new things, here is our description (and feel free to ask me questions in messages):
**This time we focus on: Impulse - embody - transform**
In this improvisation workshop we will create and combine movement, voice and speaking. We will work with the fleeting images, memories, and emotions that surface through our senses.
The detailed attention to visual, auditive, tactile sensations combine with movement in space and form the beginning of a journey of transformations.
We’ll explore how impulses develop into narratives, create characters and even abstract expressions. How can we embody the sparkle of an image? How can this sparkle become deep and poetic material?
You will be guided with exercises in solos, duos and in the group.
The workshop is open for everybody who wants to act in a different way, to do research and to shape space. Workshop language is German and English, we also speak Italian and Turkish.

Longplay x-dance: A 5Rhythms + Album Dance Journey
More info and ticket purchase[ here](https://samarlinn.com/events/x-dance-lp) (or pay cash at the door)
***No previous experience required.***
### **About Longplay x-dance: Tracking through an artistic oeuvre**
**Longplay x-dance** is a celebration of artistic stories and expression through music. This concept is borne out of a recognition of how the digital age has altered our general way of experiencing music where music listening is connected to algorithms, skipping and a fragmented experience.
**We will begin with a full 5Rhythms Wave** to warm us up and open us up to ourselves, to the space and to each other. In its natural meditative format, **you’ll be guided by an eclectic mix of music and inspirational prompts**, inviting you to tune into your body, connect with yourself and to follow intuitive movement moment by moment. **There are no “right” or “wrong” ways to move here** – just an open invitation to discover and express yourself.
**Then, we will dance to one full album.** We will allow for space and time and curiosity to be with one artistic oeuvre – the story being told through that album, letting ourselves move in whichever ways.
* How is it to surrender to the structure of an album?
* How might our movements shift or deepen as we immerse into the chronology of tracks, traveling the artistic logic and story?
* What arises as we travel with an album composition, or “stick with” this concept, perhaps as a metaphor for life experience?
**Most importantly and in all of Samar’s dance spaces,** there are 3 essential ingredients to each event:
* **Freedom to be:** You’re invited to let go of the thinking mind, explore physical and emotional landscapes without any pressure of performance or “getting it right”
* **Invitations, not instructions:** You’ll receive impulses and ideas to explore different aspects of movement and self-expression. Most importantly, you’ll be encouraged to follow what feels true for you.
* **Presence:** Dance becomes a meditation in motion, inviting presence directly through the body in each movement. As you feel the music and let the dance move you, your thoughts will be allowed to quiet down.
### **Flow**
Doors open at 19.15 and close promptly at 19.45. Please note entry after 19.45 isn’t possible.
* **Welcome + 5Rhythms Warm-up:** We will begin the evening with a full 5Rhythms wave – 5 fundamental life energies (rhythms) through the dance. The music is played like a “wave” where it goes up and comes back down again.
* **Album Dance:** After our warm-up and a gentle transition for water etc, we will move to one full album.
* **All movement welcome:** Let go of any preconceived notions you might have about dance. Unlike anything you’ve experienced before, there is no choreography or special moves in this space. The music is played in a form of a wave where the rhythms will rise to a crescendo and then gently fall – and you’ll get to discover how it feels to move to those beats, moment by moment. During the dance, you’ll be guided with some words of inspiration and invitations (never instructions) to enhance your experience.
* **Take it Further – our special gathering after class:** Once the official dance is over, we open the space for all who want to stay and connect. There will be snacks, opportunities for exchange and spaces for quiet reflections, too.
* **No phones:** To allow for greatest spontaneity, creativity and freedom of expression, no phones on the dance floor.
### What to bring
* A water bottle, there is a bathroom to fill up your water bottles.
* Indoor shoes optional – most people dane barefoot.
* Clothing that feels good – easy to move and sweat in. And maybe a towel (for your sweat :-))
