**Fluentbody™** is a somatic movement practice that invites you to reconnect with your body and the present moment. Guided by breath, music, and awareness, you’re encouraged to move intuitively—led by sensation rather than thought. It’s not about how it looks, but how it feels. Each session unfolds as a shared journey with a clear intention, supporting authentic movement beyond ideas of right or wrong. The practice can be grounding and energising, helping release tension, awaken sensation, and explore both softness and strength. No movement or dance experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in (layers recommended). This is a **shuffle**/**cutting shapes** class for beginner and intermediate shufflers where we'll be working on **combos**. **Beginner shufflers** will get the chance to learn some basic steps and practice them stress-free in short combos to various speeds. **Intermediate shufflers** will learn to vary these basic steps with additional leg and arm movements, learn to combine them in new ways, keep practicing their foundations, and try to integrate the new combos into their freestyle.
