These patterns clearly show what is working in building modern agents. **"Trying to download more RAM for my life" - Raghav Bhardwaj** In this lightning talk, Raghav describes his month-long journey hacking in OpenClaw to build a personal agent OS. He goes over changes made for continuity across hundreds of projects, and turning scattered chats, files, tasks, tools, and memories into a working loop that can keep up with the mess. **"Local Models & Self-Evolving Harnesses" - Martin Andrews** In his talk, Martin will first explain how a number of the recently announced self-updating harness systems work.
