Deep research agents, like OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude's deep researchers, are extremely powerful to gather information, surf the web, and compile reports. It has become a daily habit of mine to spin up multiple deep researchers to help gather knowledge and insights, but how do they work under the hood? In this talk, we will go through how DR agents evolved, from chain-of-thoughts, STORM, and finally explore the more modern approaches to let AI explore A LOT of information accurately. I will arrange a meetup climbing event once a month, at different climbing gyms around the city. Looking forward to climbing with you all! 🙌 **Short Overview of Boulder Gyms in Copenhagen and bouldering is:** **Beta Boulders** A modern and friendly gym with lots of different wall styles. Great for both beginners and experienced climbers, and there’s a nice training area as well. **Bison Boulders** Located a bit outside the city, but very relaxed and welcoming. Good variety of routes and plenty of space. A calm, nice atmosphere. **Boulders CPH** One of the biggest and most popular bouldering gyms in Copenhagen. Many routes for all levels and a very social environment. **What Is Bouldering?** Bouldering is a type of climbing done at low heights — usually up to around 4–5 meters — **without ropes or harnesses**. Instead, there are thick mats on the floor for safety. You only need climbing shoes, which you can rent, and maybe some chalk for your hands. Climbs are short “problems” or routes that you try to solve using balance, technique, and strength. Some are easy, some are challenging, and you can always choose the level that fits you. Bouldering is also very social — people often help each other, share tips, cheer each other on, and have fun together. It’s perfect for meeting new people while getting a good workout.

It's hard to weave across all the shiny new options across the Fabric landscape, let alone figure out where it fits into your organization. In this session we'll focus on answering one question - how can I get data into Fabric? We'll talk through the "it depends" options and see some of the options in live demos.

**People Analytics 101: Making Sense of Compensation Data** Compensation data is one of the most widely used and widely misunderstood forms of people analytics. The session will cover where compensation data comes from, including market pricing data, internal payroll data, and benchmarking sources, and how companies think about structuring and analyzing that information. We will explore how compensation data is leveraged to set salary ranges, manage internal equity, support hiring and retention, and align pay with business strategy. A portion of the session will address common data challenges and limitations, such as market noise, inconsistent job matching, and incomplete datasets, while keeping the primary focus on practical use rather than technical depth. The session will also look ahead at where the space is going, including the growing impact of pay transparency laws, expanding pay equity requirements, and emerging regulations in the US and Europe that require organizations to report on gender and pay gaps.
