Let’s enhance our curiosity and creativity in ourselves and others through Movement. In this event we will have easy exercises and games prepared for us to associate on life in a playful and fun way, and create choreographies with music. An Example of an Exercise: In small groups, we visualise a word with a 5 second gesture, followed by another person, who will associate on that gesture, and create their own. With music, the rhythm can influence the size, intensity and speed of your motion. The other exercises will be a surprise. 📚 There are always books that live within ourselves. Some books are living rent-free in the house. We need space for new books and to let go of some old ones. In reality, space to accumulate books in Dublin is only a dream. You may be a tsundoku (book hoarder).
