We process images much faster than text, yet most organizations still rely on bullet points to communicate strategy. The challenge is no longer developing better strategies. It is making them visible so people can actually align around them. Step by step, individual infrastructure evolved into a platform, manual work into automation, and isolated solutions into standardization.
