I Love · I Trust — Weekend Retreat (7–8 February) Near Meco · Zambujal · Small group · One night. Meals included A weekend to slow down and return to loving depth. A space where safety opens you and strength holds you. The retreat unfolds through a guided arc across the weekend, held with the full group. We move between guided self-inquiry, embodied awareness, organic and archetypal movement, stillness, time in nature, and structured sharing — with space for questions and integration throughout. Practices are clearly guided yet spacious: lying down in body-based meditation, moving freely through dance, sitting in presence with another, walking, or being alone with what wants attention. Music, spoken guidance, and silence support the process. The tone is gentle, loving, and deeply contained. Emotions are welcome without being pushed. We'll play board games at the [Land-Grant Brewing Company](https://landgrantbrewing.com/). They have multiple [food trucks](https://landgrantbrewing.com/food/) on Sundays. Ray Ray's also has coffee, and the brewery has free water (and Jeni's ice cream). You can come late or leave early. Please just sign up so I know to expect you. **Notes on Parking** * You'll (probably) have to park on the street, but street parking is free on Sundays. * There are [parking garages](https://landgrantbrewing.com/parking/) a little farther away if you want.
