RUMBLE (APRIL SERIES)
Welcome back to Rumble. This month our focus is to help you climb stronger, descend safer, and move more confidently on hikes. We’ll keep our 4 core stations — feet and calves, engine, climbing strength, and downhill control — so you can actually feel progress over the weeks, not just get through a workout!
**Meeting Place:** as seen in the image (Right next to Old Hill Street Police Station; opposite Funan)
Accessible via different MRT lines and bus stops
3 min walk from Clarke Quay Stn Exit E
**Duration:** 1.5h
**Level:** Mixed Levels (but make sure you are physically well before attending)
**What to expect:**
1. Warm-up & dynamic stretching
2. Stamina, Stability and Single Leg strengthening exercises with Stairs/Steps :)
3\. Jogging/brisk\-walking between stations
**Items to bring/wear**
* comfortable sports attire and appropriate shoes
* (Arm-length) Towel and water bottle
* Most of us will be carrying our bags as part of hike training (you can choose to leave them in your car if you’re driving or bring a small bag)
Make sure you are able to run with your bag! (e.g. BACKPACK)
**Note:**
* In the event of wet weather, the event will be cancelled. However, if it is just a light drizzle, we may still proceed with caution or head to AU office for Signature Indoor Workout.
* If you will be late or unable to make it, please inform me in advance (WA +6597318648) or update your RSVP by 8 p.m. the night before so that I can inform the next person on the waitlist.
* We’re capping this at **20 pax per session** so it stays focused and manageable.
* Priority will go to 2026 AU trip participants and Elite AU club members. If there are slots left, it will be given to members of the publi.c If you’re on the waitlist, it may not move strictly in order as trip participants are prioritised.
We will start on time so come at least 5 minutes earlier!
If you’ve done Rumble before, you already know what this is about.
If you haven’t — come try once. You’ll either love it or hate me slightly. Both are acceptable.

Shut up and write 2026- WED AND THURSDAYS --Bukit Timah
**Coworking for writers in your area**
Join us for some focused writing time on Wednesdays and Thursdays ....All writers and all experience levels are welcome, and don’t worry, no one will see what you've written. This session is about getting your writing done and meeting other writers in your area.

Afterward, we’ll have time to chat and get to know each other. We often talk about our successes and challenges as writers. If you don’t have time to stick around, no worries!
**A note about the format**
We don’t host critiques or readings. These events are a safe space for writers of all skill levels and genres to work on their craft, so no one will read or critique your writing.

Co-Working Session (Deep Work, all types of work welcome)
Event location change: Monk's Brew Club
Bring extension cords if you have!
Hey everyone! We organising a co-working + socialising session for all of us who like to work on something (e.g. our own project, freelance or remote work) but feel working alone at home can get a bit lonely :-)
To ensure that we have both socialising AND working, we will be using the so called “Pomodoro” technique:
**50min of deep work** (silent), followed by **10min of break** to socialise. Then repeat, we typically do up to 3 rounds.
It’s an effective way to stay focused - you can read more about it [here](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pomodoro_Technique).
Anyone from any background is welcome, whatever project you are working on or whatever is your personal background.
——————————————————-
AGENDA:
* **15min Intro (please come on time)**
Get to know everyone, talk about what you will work on today
* **Pomodoro Session** \- 3x \(3h\)
Each Pomodoro session consists of 50min of uninterrupted “deep work” (no talking, no interruptions, no phones)
-> then 10min of break: share your progress with others, talk about what you are stuck on etc.
-> Repeat
* **Wrap Up and dinner (optional)**
Share your progress, socialise and get to know others 😊
————
Location is Monk’s Brew Club (57 East Coast Road, Singapore 428773). We have booked a separate room with multiple tables at the 2nd floor of the cafe, just walk all the way through to the back when you walk in, or ask the barista.
Wifi + power plugs are there but best to bring a fully charged laptop and extension cords, just in case 🙃
You DO NOT have to pay anything, but since we are using the café space, it would be common courtesy to buy at least one drink.
Please remember to release your RSVP in case you are not able to make it for the people on the waitlist and looking forward to seeing you there! :)
Note: RSVP-ing and then no show will result in penalties:
1 No show = warning
2 No shows = de-prioritized for those in waitlist
3 No shows = blocked from future events
Cheers

AI Builders Co-work + The Stage: Demo Day S3
**Friday is our open co-working day.**
Friday is our open co-working day. Arrive anytime from 10AM — bring your laptop, grab any open seat, stay as long as you like.
Most people show up after lunch and settle in before The Stage. It's quiet, focused, and builder- and founder-led.
## ****The Stage @ 1.30pm
**Demo day!** This week is Demo Day.
Everyone gets 5 minutes to share what they are building.
If you are new, this is your chance to show what you are working on now. If you have presented before, come back and show how the project has changed since the last time.
The point is not polish. It is progress. Show the work as it is, share what has changed, and let the room see the build happening in real time.

Introverts Who Dare to Grow: Real Conversations, Real Transformation
This isn’t another “networking” meetup or light chat about self-improvement.
It’s for introverts who are *done* staying stuck, people who might be quiet by nature, but strong in conviction.
If you’ve reached a point where surface level motivation no longer satisfies you, and you’re ready to rebuild confidence, break limitations, and take meaningful action, his space was designed for you.
**What to expect:**
* Hosted personally by a someone who has walked the journey from quiet beginnings. A real-life practitioner who built a sustainable, five-figure passive income business from scratch, and continues to grow with the intention of scaling with like minded individuals.
* Honest conversations in a safe, small group setting (no forced introductions).
* Reflection exercises that uncover your true drive and pattern of action.
* Discussions about personal breakthroughs, in confidence, career, relationships, and mindset.
This meetup is not for those just “looking around.” It’s for those ready to decide that this year will not be another repeat of the last.
If you’re still reading this and feel a quiet “yes” inside — welcome. You’re already part of the few who mean it.

The Story So Far: A WiA Reflection Circle
A WiA Collective Wisdom Exchange
At the start of this year, we gathered to look back, set intentions, and imagine the next chapter.
This is the follow-up.
Not a check-in. Not a progress report. A small, facilitated circle to reconnect with what you said mattered — and honestly explore what’s actually happening now.
Together, we’ll explore:
• What you intended at the start of this year - and what that looks like three months in
• What’s surprised you, supported you, or shifted
• What the next chapter needs now that you know what you know
If you were at our January gathering, bring whatever you made or wrote — your word, your artifact, your intention. We’ll look at it with fresh eyes. If this is your first time, you belong here too. You’ll start where we all started: with what’s true right now.
Optional art materials will be available for anyone who wants to reflect creatively alongside conversation. If you brought something home from January, you’re warmly invited to bring it back.
The intention is the same as always: everyone leaves feeling more clear, more connected, and a little lighter.
Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.
What to Expect
• A small, welcoming circle (not a large meetup)
• Structured conversation so everyone has space to speak
• Reflection, listening, and lived experience — not advice-giving
• Optional creative reflection alongside conversation
• A calm, supportive environment
Who This Is For
Women and underrepresented folks working in or around agile, product, technology, leadership, or organizational change — especially those looking for honest conversation and community beyond frameworks and buzzwords.
Good to Know
• No preparation required
• If you attended in January, we invite you to bring anything you created or wrote (or something that represents your intention at the start of the year) - it’s optional but invited
• Participation is invitational; listening is always welcome
• Creative activities are optional
Agile Coaching Circle -- IN-PERSON
Join other experienced and aspiring agile coaches and professionals to:
* develop and practice your coaching skills in a peer-to-peer environment
* share current successes and challenges in your work environment and get support from each other
* learn from each other, build better relationships and experiment with new ideas
***NOTE:*** Pre-registration is required for this event. **Please arrive 10 minutes early** to check in at the security desk.
Prompt vs. Paintbrush
AI is changing how art is made. But when does it stop being your work and start being the machine’s?
This month we're going to be doing a panel with with digital image, music, and written word artists, talking about at what point, while using AI in the creation process, does the work become not the artist creation?
We encourage audience participation during this event that will be moderated by Chris Slee.
Whether you’re deep in the field or just getting curious, come connect with others building and exploring AI in Columbus.

What If Your AI Could Be a Team? - Chad Green
**Important time note:** Please plan on arriving between 5:30 and 6:00 as the elevators lock after 6 and you'll need to message us and we'll need to come get you.
The building address is 4450 Bridge Park
The entrance is 6620 Mooney St, Suite 400
You will need to scan your ID at the door to get a visitor badge.
**Abstract**
GitHub Copilot is powerful, but what if you could scale from a solo AI assistant to an entire team of specialized agents working in parallel? This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise.
We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration.
Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team.
