Join us for **Indoor** Padel at Padelzone Floridsdorf. **How we play**? Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Players are welcome. Number of courts depends on the number of players. * 4-5 players: one court * 8-10 players: two courts * 12-14 players: three courts **Price** * between 17-20 € for 2h depending of number of players * I use the money to cover the costs for the court, balls and rackets. * You can pay via Revolut, PayPal, instant Bank Transfer or Cash. I prefer transfer over cash. **Equipment** * I provide balls (usually Bullpadel Next) * If you need a racket, you can rent it from me for 2 € (limited number available). There is also a machine at the venue, where you can rent a racket for 4 € (you need *SportToGo* App to rent from them) **Cancellation** * Please cancel at least 26h before the event, if nobody is on wait list. They are half of *Miami Advice,* an upcoming monthly interactive comedy experience show. Recent theatre credits include: *An Ideal Husband*, *The Duchess of Malfi*, and *A Christmas Carol* for Open House Theatre. **Anna Esterbauer** is a *True Story Nights* and *Vienna Storytelling Collective* regular, a Vienna-based writer, teacher and storyteller who has performed in poetry slams and many storytelling evenings. Her stories focus on the lives of women and the contradictions surrounding all of us, plus many stories of her typical, yet not so typical, Austrian family. **Bryan Benner** is a Florida-born singer, guitarist, poet, songwriter based in Vienna who’s performed all over Europe for 20+ years, including Vienna’s Musikverein and Wiener Konzerthaus. He founded the internationally acclaimed art song ensemble “The Erlkings” and has produced and performed on 19 studio albums of his own projects, including 6 Erlkings albums, 3 of Neapolitan music and 7 of original songs. We will divide costs by the number of participants. So expect a contribution of around *EUR 2-3 for the whole evening*. The number of participants is limited. The machinery of the skittle alley is coin operated and accepts EUR 1 coins only. Historic results are availble there. **Cafe Weidinger** has not been renovated over the last at least 50 years. The skittles alley dates from 1964. You can feel this "special flair". A bit shaby, but inexpensive fun for a whole evening. It´s almost a museum of a skittles alley. **The difference between bowling and skittles play**: * The bowling lanes are covered with an oil film, the skittles lane is not. * In bowling, the ball is is considerably larger and heavier. * Bowling lanes are slightly curved, our lane is flat. * Bowling balls have three holes, our balls have none, one or two. Most of our balls have two holes. * Nine pins are thrown instead of ten. * In bowling, the pins are set up by so-called pin-setter machines and therefore stand freely in contrast to skittles, where the pins hang from strings. * Our skittles lane is an asphalt lane. * You do not need to rent or bring special shoes llike for bowling. But to play in sneakers or sportive footwear is more comfortable.

Every Saturday at 9:30 am, we meet, we run, in the magnificent Schönbrunn park, and then we go for breakfast. Want to discuss politics or the best recipes for banana pancakes? Not a problem. What to expect: Start by meeting Adrian, Ali, Liz, Paul and Sonia on-time at 9:30am outside the Schönbrunn U-Bahn stop (exit Grünbergstraße). Typically, small groups of people will run at the same pace as you, so you never have to walk/run alone :) We finish one hour later, at about 10:40am, reconvening just inside the Hietzinger Tor exit. Breakfast Details: Anker bakery opposite the U4 Hietzing station and depending on the weather, grab something for a picnic in Schönbrunn park, or hang out in the bakery. This is in the main mall where the Microsoft store used to be, on your left if you're standing at the bottom of the AMC Theater escalator. Join us on Saturday for an hour of uninterrupted wordmaking! • What we'll do Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 10AM on Saturday mornings. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: 10:00 - SESSION 1: quick intros. 10:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour. 11:10 - chat / take off / keep writing. OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 11A-11:30ish. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. BEING LATE IS OKAY: just show up and get settled, then check-in with me after the session.
