Living Diversity - Nonviolent Communication weekly course in English in ZĂźrich
\>\>\>\>\>\>\> All Info and registration here: https://interbeing\.ch/living\-diversity/
**â *Understand our differences and connect in conflict* â**
In this course, we explore together how we can be with each other in our differences. We learn how to communicate more effectively with our loved ones, colleagues and even with people who share opposite opinions.
* How can I feel understood, even when you see things differently?
* How can I connect with people who think, feel, or live differently from me?
* How to navigate conflict without losing myself or the other?
* How to meet diversity with curiosity instead of fear?
Before connecting with others, we get to know ourselves: Find out what is behind our triggers and judgments, identify our feelings and needs. This inner clarity strengthens our self empowerment and the ability to meet others on eye level instead of betraying ourself, giving up our wishes, or dominating the conversation. We learn to better understand each other in our differences and invite cooperation.
We explore movements beyond polarizing debates, while staying true to ourselves, so we can belong a bit more rather than merely fit in.
## We research how to:
* Listen more deeply to ourself and gain inner clarity about our needs and what really matters to us
* Realise when we need self care before connecting with others
* Find inner clarity when weâre triggered
* Stand honestly for our needs, express our wishes and invite cooperation
* Grow capacity in understanding other viewpoints
* See the beautiful messages behind our judgments and the judgments of others
* Be in conflict with care and connection
**Facilitation Style:**
During each session, we offer theoretical input, live demonstrations, group discussions, and two to three guided exercises.
We share insights and tips inspired by Nonviolent Communication (NVC) by [Yoram Mosenzon](https://www.connecting2life.net/trainer/yoram-mosenzon/) and Marshall Rosenberg. But foremost we invite you to find your own way. To develop your own communication style with your inner parts and your fellow humans.
Part of the sessions will be shaped by the wishes and interests of the group. We might offer themed evenings that dive deeper into specific areas of diversity where staying connected can be difficult (such as race, gender, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, mental health, illness and disability, diet, relationship styles, cultural background, political views, and our ways of relating to money and consumption,âŚ) or explore more depth some conflict situation. Youâre warmly invited to bring your personal situations so we can work with concrete, lived experiences.

Meditation for Men
A dedicated weekly space for men who want to ground themselves, reconnect with purpose, and strengthen their presence in order to show up in integrity in all areas of life.
**Why this matters:**
Modern life pulls men in many directions: work, family, community, and responsibilities. Meditation offers a powerful way to pause, regroup, gain clarity and clear intention with what truly matters.
**Benefits include:**
* Greater emotional balance and stress reduction
* Improved focus and clarity
* A stronger sense of inner direction and purpose
* More patience and presence with family and loved ones
* Enhanced resilience in challenging situations
* The ability to respond rather than react
* A deeper connection to self, values, and mission
**Why âquestioning the mindâ is essential:**
Men often carry silent expectations: to be strong, dependable, unshaken. But real strength comes from awareness, not suppression.
Meditation creates space to question the automatic patterns of the mind:
* *Is this belief truly mine?*
* *Why do I react this way?*
* *What do I actually want for my life and the people I love?*
This practice helps men break out of old conditioning, step into authenticity, and show up with integrity for themselves, their families, and their communities.
**About your facilitator:**
This space is held by Anna, healer, transformation coach, and founder of *The Powerful Self*. She has guided this work for years, blending ancient shamanic wisdom with modern spiritual psychology to support deep transformation. Anna is deeply committed to helping men live lives of long-term fulfillment, purpose, and peace. She is here to walk alongside you as you grow into your fullest, most grounded self.
**When:** Tuesdays 20:30-21:00
**Where:** Via zoom
**Contribution:** Free
**Registration is required.** Secure your spot and commit to your inner work. No prior experience needed. If you have any questions, reach out to Anna at [info@thepowerfulself.me](mailto:info@thepowerfulself.me)

INNOTALK #19: "When Agile Isnât Enough: A Fortune 500 Journey to Serial Product"
**INNOtalk #19** presents **"When Agile Isnât Enough: A Fortune 500 Journey to Serial Product"**
*ÂŤBeyond the Spotify Model: Real-World Innovation in Hardware & ElectronicsÂť*
Innovation is no longer the challenge - making it real is.
Many organizations invest heavily in innovation, agile frameworks, and transformation programs. Yet too often, initiatives remain stuck in pilots, labs, or presentations - without ever translating into real business impact.
This INNOtalk takes you inside the journey of a Fortune 500 automotive leader that broke this pattern.
Within just 18 months, the company moved from early-stage innovation efforts to serial production in a completely new market segment - turning ideas into tangible business value.
Instead of focusing on frameworks or buzzwords, this session reveals what truly makes the difference at executive level:
\- How to navigate the realities of innovation in regulated\, hardware\-driven environments\.
\- How to build structures that balance speed\, safety\, and compliance\.
\- And how leadership decisions determine whether innovation remains an initiative \- or becomes a growth engine\.
At the core lies a simple but powerful insight:
\- What works in software does not automatically work in the real world\.
This session challenges common assumptions around agile and introduces a pragmatic, hands-on approach to innovation - designed for organizations where complexity, regulation, and engineering excellence are part of daily business.
**What you will gain:**
đˇ A clear perspective on why traditional agile models often fall short in hardware and regulated environments
đˇ Practical insights on how to move from experimentation to scalable, market-ready solutions
đˇ Leadership impulses to turn innovation into measurable business impact

Designing for Behaviour Change: Build for Humans, Not the Backlog
**Most products are designed to move people in a certain direction.** But when it comes to behaviour change, pressure and punishment **often** **backfire.** They may create short-term compliance, but they can also leave users feeling guilty, frustrated, or simply ready to give up.
**In this talk, Mi Xue Tan explores how UX can support lasting behaviour change through positive reinforcement.** Instead of designing systems that fight human psychology, she looks at how we can build experiences that work with it â reducing resistance, creating motivation, and supporting small steps that add up over time.
This matters for the UX community because every product shapes behaviour. When we design with human needs and motivation in mind, retention does not have to be forced. It can emerge more naturally through experiences that feel supportive, effective, and genuinely human.
**[Mi Xue Tan](https://www.linkedin.com/in/mi-xue-tan-3030b5120/)** works at the intersection of data, user research, and human behavior. With a background in data science and UX research, her work xplores how thoughtful design and positive reinforcement can support meaningful behavior change. Her focus: using data, psychology, and good communication to **create experiences that people donât just use â but stick with.**

Mäng - transformational game
EXPERIENCE PHILOSOPHICAL SYNCRETISM, INNER ALCHEMY, AND GAME SPIRIT.
Try a live (private) session of **Mäng (offline in Zßrich or online worldwide)**, a powerful self-exploration game that helps uncover hidden mental scripts and rewire the way you think, feel and act. It is a tool for a really **profound change** that follows the four stages of inner alchemy.
A modernized version of an ancient contemplative practice, reimagined as a transformational tool based on psychological insight, symbolic logic, and inner strategy, it is not therapy or coaching in the traditional sense. Instead, itâs an immersive deep-dive into the unconscious mind through metaphor and archetype with a game spirit.
đĄ **How it works:**
Mäng is built on four stages of real, lasting change:
1. **Discovery** â Identify limiting beliefs and internal programs
2. **Uninstallation** â Let go of outdated patterns
3. **Design** â Create new mental strategies
4. **Integration** â Embed them into your deeper awareness
Youâll be guided through this process by the **Master of Mäng**, who offers structure, questions, and insight, while you remain the one making all decisions and discoveries.
đż **Who is this for?**
For everyone (regardless of beliefs, age, gender, etc.), but more than anyone - for those who didn't find answers or sufficient depth in pop coaching and psychology.
đ **Important:**
This is a deep game. A full session lasts **4 hours**. Time slots are defined individually. Contact me directly to get an appointment.

Men's Group meetup
**The idea for this group is to build a community where men can gather together and build connections & learn and grow from each other.**
How we start each meeting is by each of us checking in with our "roses and thorns" aka what are the good things and the bad things going on in your life recently?
Then we will go into a topic discussion.

2. Non-Judgement - we respect and honor every manâs truth so that we may receive the same from others. While we may not agree on everything, we commit to respecting every manâs perspectives and engaging in honorable discussion with one another.

Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
This is an in-person meeting.
Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation donât just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them?
That is what this meeting will be all about.
Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life.
Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there.
