Meditation for Men
Meditation for Men
A dedicated weekly space for men who want to ground themselves, reconnect with purpose, and strengthen their presence in order to show up in integrity in all areas of life. **Why this matters:** Modern life pulls men in many directions: work, family, community, and responsibilities. Meditation offers a powerful way to pause, regroup, gain clarity and clear intention with what truly matters. **Benefits include:** * Greater emotional balance and stress reduction * Improved focus and clarity * A stronger sense of inner direction and purpose * More patience and presence with family and loved ones * Enhanced resilience in challenging situations * The ability to respond rather than react * A deeper connection to self, values, and mission **Why “questioning the mind” is essential:** Men often carry silent expectations: to be strong, dependable, unshaken. But real strength comes from awareness, not suppression. Meditation creates space to question the automatic patterns of the mind: * *Is this belief truly mine?* * *Why do I react this way?* * *What do I actually want for my life and the people I love?* This practice helps men break out of old conditioning, step into authenticity, and show up with integrity for themselves, their families, and their communities. **About your facilitator:** This space is held by Anna, healer, transformation coach, and founder of *The Powerful Self*. She has guided this work for years, blending ancient shamanic wisdom with modern spiritual psychology to support deep transformation. Anna is deeply committed to helping men live lives of long-term fulfillment, purpose, and peace. She is here to walk alongside you as you grow into your fullest, most grounded self. **When:** Tuesdays 20:30-21:00 **Where:** Via zoom **Contribution:** Free **Registration is required.** Secure your spot and commit to your inner work. No prior experience needed. If you have any questions, reach out to Anna at [info@thepowerfulself.me](mailto:info@thepowerfulself.me)

Mäng - transformational game
Mäng - transformational game
EXPERIENCE PHILOSOPHICAL SYNCRETISM, INNER ALCHEMY, AND GAME SPIRIT. Try a live (private) session of **Mäng (offline in Zürich or online worldwide)**, a powerful self-exploration game that helps uncover hidden mental scripts and rewire the way you think, feel and act. It is a tool for a really **profound change** that follows the four stages of inner alchemy. A modernized version of an ancient contemplative practice, reimagined as a transformational tool based on psychological insight, symbolic logic, and inner strategy, it is not therapy or coaching in the traditional sense. Instead, it’s an immersive deep-dive into the unconscious mind through metaphor and archetype with a game spirit. 💡 **How it works:** Mäng is built on four stages of real, lasting change: 1. **Discovery** – Identify limiting beliefs and internal programs 2. **Uninstallation** – Let go of outdated patterns 3. **Design** – Create new mental strategies 4. **Integration** – Embed them into your deeper awareness You’ll be guided through this process by the **Master of Mäng**, who offers structure, questions, and insight, while you remain the one making all decisions and discoveries. 🌿 **Who is this for?** For everyone (regardless of beliefs, age, gender, etc.), but more than anyone - for those who didn't find answers or sufficient depth in pop coaching and psychology. 🕒 **Important:** This is a deep game. A full session lasts **4 hours**. Time slots are defined individually. Contact me directly to get an appointment. Price for newbies: 250 CHF

When we turn from frameworks and slides to the fundamental questions strategy needs to answer, a new possibility of pragmatic decision-making emerges – No matter your company size, industry, or job title. In this workshop-from-the stage, we will create clarity for your product strategy challenges by tackling them live and in real-time in Miro. Be prepared to come with your real-life questions, and leave with clarity on your next step. DOMINIQUE JOST (Head of Product at Doist, Bern): **End-to-End PM or End-of PM?** No hype. No hero stories. Just the practical, unfiltered lessons from [Doist](https://www.doist.com/)’s (makers of [Todoist](https://www.todoist.com/) and [Twist](https://twist.com/)) shift toward end-to-end PMs, and what AI is and isn’t changing about the craft. If you want a grounded, and messy view of what PM work will look like in the next few years, this talk is for you. JULIA BASTIAN (Product Lead Innovation & GenAI at Alasco, Munich): **From lagging metrics to leading decision - How B2B teams can lead with qualitative data** In B2B companies, sales often drives product decisions—not because it’s the best path, but because product teams lack the data to challenge it and steer confidently themselves. Unlike B2C, B2B data is often slow, sparse, and arrives too late to drive real-time learning. The result? Product managers feel stuck— aware that the current approach isn’t delivering impact, but unsure how to change a system that keeps them reactive. This talk is a call to action for B2B product teams ready to lead again. You’ll leave with four practical actions to shift the dynamics in you organization tomorrow! At the heart of this shift is qualitative data—not just as a source of deep insight, but as a foundation for building up organizational gut feeling. We’ll dive into practical techniques for gathering, sharing, and acting on qualitative data—and why organizational learning is the true unlock for product-led growth in complex B2B environments. STEPHANIE HÜRLAND (Head of AI Products and Strategy at ZDFSparks): **Two worlds, one role** – **AI Product Management through client and provider lenses** AI product management is shaped by two fundamentally different perspectives: the viewpoint of product teams defining needs, goals, and strategic direction, and the viewpoint of those responsible for designing, building, and delivering the actual AI solution. Both perspectives influence how decisions are made, how value is defined, and how complexity and uncertainty are managed throughout the product lifecycle. The session provides an overview of the key differences and shared challenges between these two perspectives, and highlights what successful AI product management requires when navigating both. The session includes practical examples that illustrate how different perspectives influence the way AI products are shaped, evaluated, and developed. SEBASTIAN CASTANEDA (former Team Lead at Foodora, Vienna): **Driving growth with limited engineering capacity: How creative experiments lifted Foodora's tips by 60%** Foodora Austria raised rider tips by 60%, while facing a challenge: after a couple of complex iterations and proper A/B tests, engineering capacity became limited. In this talk, we’ll go through the experiments they ran, including the trade-offs and challenges, learning what worked and what didn’t. We will explore how small UI tweaks, working with data, and understanding the cultural context can drive growth, even if you do not have a large analytics team or advanced testing tools. FLORIAN BONNET (VP Solutions & Growth at Veriff): **How to turn oproduct work into revenue outcomes with KPI trees** Product teams often track many metrics but struggle to clearly connect their work to business impact. This talk introduces North Star Metrics and KPI Trees as a practical framework for understanding product performance, customer behavior, and the levers that drive revenue outcomes. Florian will walk through how effective KPI Trees are structured, how North Star Metrics are typically defined across different contexts, and why this approach works for organizations of any size or model. Through concrete examples, you’ll see how KPI Trees can go beyond performance tracking to help translate product metrics into the language of business — bridging the gap that often exists between product teams and leadership. You’ll leave with a clearer mental model of how outcome-driven product organizations connect day-to-day work to measurable business results. Data & Analytics Wednesday - Finding Product Insights
Data & Analytics Wednesday - Finding Product Insights
**The Behavior Gap: Where Products Win or Lose** Teams today have more data than ever, and yet many still struggle to understand why customers adopt, engage with, or abandon their products. Teams sprint, ship faster, and chase more signals… all while metrics stall and confidence drops. The missing piece isn’t more data. It’s often the behavioral insight between the metrics, explaining why the numbers move in the first place. Dashboards can tell you what customers did, but understanding why they did it (and how to influence what they do next) requires a deeper blend of insights. This session is about closing that gap. Drawing from real-world experience designing and scaling products as [ZoCo Design](https://zocodesign.com/)’s CEO, [Lacey](https://www.linkedin.com/in/laceypicazo/) will share how to cut through the noise and identify the insights that actually change behavior—moving people, and moving metrics. You’ll learn: * Why understanding customer behavior is a quant and qual challenge * How to spot the signals that actually predict behavior change * Where AI accelerates insight, and where it creates distraction * How to get meaningfully closer to customers, without adding more tools This talk reframes how to evaluate performance and identify what levers actually improve it, helping your team to make smarter bets with greater confidence. Every meaningful outcome is driven by behavior change. And when you know how to design for behavior, you stop guessing, and start building things that work. **About Our Speaker** [Lacey Picazo](https://www.linkedin.com/in/laceypicazo/) is the Founder and CEO of ZoCo, a healthcare product studio that turns complex, high-stakes ideas into products that drive real-world adoption. She partners with healthcare organizations to uncover critical care delivery insights, focus product strategy through behavior design, and build solutions that patients and providers actually use. Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues. So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them? That is what this meeting will be all about. Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life. Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there. This group is created by the Dianetics and Scientology Life Improvement Center of Central Ohio.
