Mäng - transformational game
Mäng - transformational game
Join us for a live (private) session of **Mäng (offline in Zürich or online worldwide)**, a powerful self-exploration game that helps uncover hidden mental scripts and rewire the way you think, feel and act. Mäng is a modernized version of an ancient contemplative practice — reimagined as a transformational tool based on psychological insight, symbolic logic, and inner strategy. It is not therapy or coaching in the traditional sense. Instead, it’s an immersive deep-dive into the unconscious mind through metaphor and archetype with a game spirit. 💡 **How it works:** Mäng is built on four stages of real, lasting change: 1. **Discovery** – Identify limiting beliefs and internal programs 2. **Uninstallation** – Let go of outdated patterns 3. **Design** – Create new mental strategies 4. **Integration** – Embed them into your deeper awareness You’ll be guided through this process by the **Master of Mäng**, who offers structure, questions, and insight — while you remain the one making all decisions and discoveries. 🌿 **Who is this for?** * People feeling stuck or unsure of their next steps * Those tired of repeating the same emotional patterns and looking for inspiration and clarity * Anyone curious about deeper transformation without spending years on it 🧭 No prior experience needed — just bring your question or theme. 🕒 **Important:** This is a deep game. A full session lasts **4 hours**. Time slots are defined individually. Contact me directly to get an appointment. Price for newbies: 250 CHF

Open Sharing Circle ✨ (English)
Open Sharing Circle ✨ (English)
Open Sharing Circle ✨ This circle will be held in English. We come together to be present and to show up as we truly are. The intention is to share in a safe and trusting space — thoughts, emotions, goals, opinions — whatever feels alive for you in the moment. No one has to share, and everyone is welcome to. ⸻ What is it about? • Strengthening self-awareness & self-trust • Personal growth • Building deep relationships & trust • Getting to know people on a genuine, human level • Feeling free to express yourself authentically ⸻ Circle Agreements Free & voluntary You are welcome to share anything you like — and you don’t have to share anything. Speak from your own experience Share from your personal perspective: your experiences, thoughts, feelings, and perceptions. The space holder may gently support this by placing a hand on their chest as a signal. Respect & confidentiality We meet each other with respect and without judgment. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Talking object Only the person holding the talking object speaks. Clarifying questions are welcome. Sharing time & space Take your time when sharing, and also leave space for others. Advice & support Speak for yourself and offer advice only with consent. Please ask explicitly if you would like to receive advice or support. Triggers & emotions Everyone is responsible for their own feelings and topics. Strong emotions (e.g., crying) are welcome and respected. Support is offered only if desired. Personal needs Please take care of your own needs (bathroom, food, etc.) and respect the group space. Space holders The organizing team selects space holders who support the flow of the circle and help maintain the agreements. The circle may be gently paused if needed. Focus round The space holder may intuitively initiate a short focus round if it feels supportive. Mobile phones Please keep your phone on silent and use it only for notes if needed. Time Duration: approx. 3 hours. You may leave at any time, ideally during the breaks (about every 45 minutes). After the circle, there is space to stay, connect, or continue sharing if you feel like it.

Systemaufstellungs-Workshop
Systemaufstellungs-Workshop
Grief Circle — Remembering Love, From Darkness to Light
Grief Circle — Remembering Love, From Darkness to Light
**A sacred space to honor sorrow, release pain, and remember love** At Yanantin Tribe, we open grief circles where heart, body, and spirit can meet. Inspired by ancestral traditions, we gather in community to carry what was never meant to be held alone. Here, darkness and light are both welcome — grief is not fixed or rushed, but witnessed with care. **Tickets & Support** This grief circle is offered freely as a community space. If you wish to support the continuation of these circles, you can choose the Support Ticket — CHF 25 via Eventfrog. ️Tickets & details: [https://eventfrog.ch/en/p/health-spirituality/health-wellbeing/grief-circle-remembering-love-from-darkness-to-light-7417591177581484939.html](https://eventfrog.ch/en/p/health-spirituality/health-wellbeing/grief-circle-remembering-love-from-darkness-to-light-7417591177581484939.html) A grief ritual is a communal gathering where sorrow is given space and form. We welcome all expressions of grief: personal loss, heartbreak, ancestral wounds, collective pain, or a quiet heaviness without a clear name. Through music, song, rhythm, movement, silence, and guided ritual, grief softens and reveals the love beneath it. **Bring: comfortable clothes, water bottle and your own cup for tea, curiosity** **The experience** * Enter a safe, held circle where all emotions are welcome * You may share, move, cry, sing, or remain silent — no pressure to speak * Place a personal item, photo, or symbol on a shared altar (optional) * Move through ritual practices that allow grief to be witnessed and released * Close with grounding and gentle integration so you leave supported **Why this circle matters** * Release unspoken or long-held grief * Be held without advice or fixing * Honor both sorrow and love * Heal personal, ancestral, and collective layers * **Practical info** * Held every two weeks on Sundays * Free to attend as a community offering * Donations welcome to support the continuation of these circles (entirely optional) * Bring: a token, photo, or personal item for the altar (optional) * Wear: comfortable clothing * Note: if you are in acute crisis or experiencing significant mental health challenges, please inform us so we can support you best * Impressions of past events: [https://yanantintribe.com/events-gallery/](https://yanantintribe.com/events-gallery/) **Additional support** András offers 1:1 grief support, death & dying accompaniment, and end-of-life presence alongside this community work: [https://psysoul.com/death-grief-sessions](https://psysoul.com/death-grief-sessions) This is not therapy. It is a facilitated ritual space rooted in consent, presence, and care. Come exactly as you are. You do not have to carry everything alone. **Personal Support & 1:1 Work with András** If you’re going through a period of transition, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, I offer **free 30-min Exploration Calls** to help you gain clarity and see if deeper 1:1 work is right for you. **Book here:** [https://calendly.com/andraskapros/psysoul-exploration-call](https://calendly.com/andraskapros/psysoul-exploration-call) Together, we remember love — and gently move from darkness to light. Recruiting Virtual Mental Health Group Leaders!
Recruiting Virtual Mental Health Group Leaders!
We are recruiting new group leaders for virtual men's groups! Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country. Read below to learn about our groups and click the links at the bottom to apply. ### **What is an Outdoor Empowerment Group?** Our Outdoor Movement & Community Empowerment Groups are simple, guided experiences designed to help people reconnect with nature, themselves, and others. We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, personal growth, or community, our groups offer everyone a unique and welcoming environment. ## **Why Join?** * **Improve Mental & Physical Well-Being** – Movement, nature, and supportive conversations reduce stress and promote balance. * **Feel Less Alone** – Build genuine connections with like-minded people in a safe, welcoming space. * **Gain Clarity & Perspective** – Step outside daily routines and into a space designed for personal growth and reflection. ## **The Ideal Group Leader** The ideal group leader * Has a born-in passion for mental health, movement, connecting with nature and building community. * Has 5 extra hours per week to dedicate to a meaningful cause for at least one year. Yes, you can leave any organization at any time and we can also ask you to leave, but we are building with legacy in mind and we need people who can commit and be ALL IN on this mission to build with us. * Is independently financially stable with the ability to volunteer with no expectation of pay. This is a deeply beautiful journey of service that all participants commit to at Speak Your Mind. * An ability to manage groups with high emotional intelligence and desire for human connection. * An ability to self-motivate and market/promote their group on Facebook and other social platforms. * Nature informed therapy or clinical therapists/psychologists a plus. ## **Our Impact** ![](https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/64a6315db1eb8d081603d9ea/028252c7-347e-4196-8c79-b81d2a4db4bb/Mountaineering+Guide+Trifold+Brochure+in+Pink+White+Modern+Minimalist+Style+-+2.jpg) Since launching, we have helped thousands find support, connection, and healing through our Outdoor Movement Groups. 100% of participants surveyed have reported: * A noticeable improvement in mental clarity and emotional well-being. * An increase in social connection and a sense of belonging. * Said they would return again. We believe mental health should be accessible, community-driven, and rooted in nature. Join us and take the first step toward a more connected, grounded, and supported version of yourself. ### **Why Our Groups are Donation-Based** Our Outdoor Movement Groups are made possible through a donation-based model. This approach allows us to keep our events accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, while also ensuring that we can continue expanding our reach. It’s a great way to pay it forward and support the growth of this beautiful mission! Every contribution helps us: * **Cover Essential Costs** – Donations allow us to pay essential legal, marketing, insurance, and admin costs as well as nourish the important people who run the organization. * **Grow Our Mission** – With your support, we can bring these healing experiences to thousands more people in the future and execute our long term plan to expand across the USA, affecting up to 500,000 people per year. By choosing to contribute, you’re not just leading an event—you’re helping build a mental health movement that supports long-term well-being and connection for all during a severe mental health epidemic. ## **Come Join Us!** We’d love to have you be part of this growing community of people prioritizing their mental health, movement, and connection. 🔹 **Visit Our Website to Learn More:** https://speakyourmind.men/joinusoutside 🔹 **Apply Here to Lead Your Own Group!** – https://form.jotform.com/taketimespeakyourmind/sym-group-leader-application 🔹 **Support the mission**: If you resonate with the mission and want to support, feel free to join a group before applying or donate to help us reach our goals to help more people! Men's Group meetup
Men's Group meetup
**The idea for this group is to build a community where men can gather together and build connections & learn and grow from each other.** How we start each meeting is by each of us checking in with our "roses and thorns" aka what are the good things and the bad things going on in your life recently? Then we will go into a topic discussion. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- **COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS** \*\*THERE WILL BE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR NO-SHOWS. IF YOU RSVP TO A MEETING AND FAIL TO SHOW UP WITHOUT NOTICE, YOU'LL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP. THIS IS TO PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF THE GROUP\*\* 1. Confidentiality - EVERYTHING that is shared NEVER leaves this space so that this space remains safe and sacred. There is a zero tolerance policy for this. If a man is in violation of this, they will be permanently removed from the group. 2. Non-Judgement - we respect and honor every man’s truth so that we may receive the same from others. While we may not agree on everything, we commit to respecting every man’s perspectives and engaging in honorable discussion with one another. 3. Be committed - honor your commitment to this group and to yourself. If you attend a meeting, please commit yourself fully to the meeting. Also be committed to your own journey. When we fail, we own it & clean it up. 4. Speak from the heart - this is NOT a space to “look good”, have the “right” answers, and have it all together. Relax and know you are not alone. Be exactly who you are within the safety of this space. 5. Be supportive - This means always willing to provide encouragement to your fellow men, encourage action and momentum in each other’s lives.. Be willing to challenge each other. Be willing to hold each other accountable. 6. Participation - what you receive from this community will be a reflection of what you put into it. Period. We ask that you share your perspectives, reflect on others, and give/receive support when and where it’s needed.

Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues. So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them? That is what this meeting will be all about. Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life. Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there. This group is created by the Dianetics and Scientology Life Improvement Center of Central Ohio.
Conversacion en español (en persona)
Conversacion en español (en persona)
While some are still meeting online, this is an in person event. Please note that we have attendees of all levels of speaking, including some native speakers. All are welcome! Also, as we meet at the same time and place each week, many don’t RSVP on the app, so we will likely have more attendees than noted here. Note: if you are asked to pay and upgrade the Meetup app, this is not necessary. You can ignore this and still attend our meetings.

You can! The secret to success relies on your ability or inability to effectively communicate. Attend a free seminar and gain a better ability to communicate.
