Open Sharing Circle ✨ This circle will be held in English. We come together to be present and to show up as we truly are. The intention is to share in a safe and trusting space — thoughts, emotions, goals, opinions — whatever feels alive for you in the moment. No one has to share, and everyone is welcome to. ⸻ What is it about? • Strengthening self-awareness & self-trust • Personal growth • Building deep relationships & trust • Getting to know people on a genuine, human level • Feeling free to express yourself authentically ⸻ Circle Agreements Free & voluntary You are welcome to share anything you like — and you don’t have to share anything. Speak from your own experience Share from your personal perspective: your experiences, thoughts, feelings, and perceptions. The space holder may gently support this by placing a hand on their chest as a signal. Respect & confidentiality We meet each other with respect and without judgment. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Talking object Only the person holding the talking object speaks. Clarifying questions are welcome. Sharing time & space Take your time when sharing, and also leave space for others. Advice & support Speak for yourself and offer advice only with consent. Please ask explicitly if you would like to receive advice or support. Triggers & emotions Everyone is responsible for their own feelings and topics. Strong emotions (e.g., crying) are welcome and respected. Support is offered only if desired. Personal needs Please take care of your own needs (bathroom, food, etc.) and respect the group space. Space holders The organizing team selects space holders who support the flow of the circle and help maintain the agreements. The circle may be gently paused if needed. Focus round The space holder may intuitively initiate a short focus round if it feels supportive. Mobile phones Please keep your phone on silent and use it only for notes if needed. Time Duration: approx. 3 hours. You may leave at any time, ideally during the breaks (about every 45 minutes). After the circle, there is space to stay, connect, or continue sharing if you feel like it.

Our wish is to bring peace through our music and into the hearts of burdened people. Today's world is very hectic, stressful and full of worries and fears. Therefore it is good and healthy to take time off, switch off the phones, practice digital detox and to feed peace in our lives. **About the event** Come all you who are tired, stressed, worried, heartbroken, depressed, lonely and who carry heavy burdens and find peace through a spirit-filled musical experience. Come as you are. We offer spiritual Christian music with two acoustic guitars and song. Afterwards we explore ways to "feed peace" in our lives over coffee and cake. This event is open to everyone. Seminar: Wie kann man Gefühlsdynamiken bei Kindern und Jugendlichen korrigieren?
**Wie können Eltern, pädagogische Fachpersonen und Laien unangepasste Gefühlsdynamiken bei Kindern, Jugendlichen und Schülern/Auszubildende erkennen, erklären und korrigieren?** Für Eltern, Grosseltern, Lehrperson, Sozpäd, Fabe, Erzieher, Interessierte Ablauf: Kennenlernen: 9.00 4 Module: 9.15- 10.45, 11.15- 12.45, Mittagspause mit Essen 14.30 – 16.00., 16.30 – 18.00 Fast alle Kinder, Schüler und Jugendliche unterliegen maladaptiven, unangepassten Gefühlsdynamiken die ein gutes Abstimmen aufeinander erschweren oder unmöglich machen. Meist sind sie unbewusst und doch einengend für die Lebenspraxis. Ein Heranargumentieren oder sogar gewaltfreies Eingehen führt manchmal nicht weit genug, um ein kooperatives Miteinander herzustellen. Wir besprechen Ihre konkreten Beispiele von Schwierigkeiten mit einzelnen Kindern oder Jugendlichen in der Familie, in der Einzelfallhilfe, in Klassen oder Teams, um aufgrund vorhandener Informationen zu erfassen, was die Einzelnen beschäftigt oder wie die Gruppen-mitglieder aufeinander wirken. Daraus können wir zuerst erahnen und dann mehr und mehr sicher schliessen, wie die innere und meist unbewusste Eigen-Logik im seelischen Haushalt aussieht. An diesem Seminar soll klar werden, wie wir methodisch maladaptive Gefühlsdynamiken erfassen, welche Fragen zu stellen sind, wie man aus den vorhandenen Fakten erste Hypothesen aufstellen kann, welche theoretischen Überlegungen dabei wichtig sind und welche vorläufige Heran-gehensweise man daraus ableiten kann. Mit diesem systematischen Vorgehen und mit einem freundschaftlichen Gefühl für die Kinder, Jugendlichen und Lernenden kann man gezielt handlungsfähig werden. Interessant ist dabei für jede Lehrperson, Sozpäd, Fabe, Erzieher Teamleiter und Eltern, welche eigenen Gefühlsirrtümer einen daran hindern, hilfreich, aktiv und angemessen auftretende Schwierigkeiten immer besser nachvollziehen zu können. COLD WATER PLUNGE
Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet at the Mythenquai Badi entrance no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. IMPORTANT: Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event. Before attempting cold water exposure, individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart problems or hypertension) should seek advice from a healthcare professional. Safely acclimating the body to cold temperatures requires preparation and gradual exposure.

Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country. We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being. **The Listening Room — First Gathering** So much of life happens in loud spaces and quick conversations that never quite go beneath the surface. The Listening Room is meant to be the opposite of that — a quieter space where people can slow down, talk honestly, and actually listen to one another. For this first gathering, we’ll meet in a small group and explore a simple conversation prompt together. The goal isn’t debate or performance — just thoughtful conversation and the chance to connect with others in a genuine way. Our prompt for this gathering will be: **When have you felt truly seen or understood by another person?** Everyone will have the opportunity to share if they’d like, but there’s absolutely no pressure — listening is just as valuable as speaking here. From noise reduction to resizing to sharpening, the results of these plugins are highly regarded and well reviewed in industry editing blogs. Join us for the evening and I will give you a preview of the most popular Topaz Lab tools and show you how I have used them in my digitial editing workflow. Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues. So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them? That is what this meeting will be all about.
