Through guided somatic practices and paired exercises, we will: * Practice gentle ways to release tensions. * Practice how to apply the four principles of NVC in daily life and public speaking situations. * Explore how body awareness supports speaking about difficult topics with clarity and kindness. * Practice active listening - if applicable. SalsaPractica: Es ist keine Kursstunde, sondern gedacht, um Knöpfe zu lösen oder Figuren zu üben die noch nicht so ganz gelingen. Es wird langsame Musik abgespielt, perfekt um zu üben. Lehrer sind vor Ort zur Beratung und Einstufung. Die Salsa Practica ist nicht gratis, sondern ein Bestandteil von der Party und im Partyeintritt inbegriffen. Practica Lehrer erkennt man an speziellen T-Shirts oder ein Schlüsselanhängern. Geht gerne aktiv auf die Lehrer zu, wenn Hilfe gebraucht wird. Man kann auch einfach kommen zum selber üben.

Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
