The Release Ritual is a guided breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release whatâs been building inside, and gently come back to a place of calm, clarity, and inner safety.
Whether youâre moving through a breakup, feeling overwhelmed, or simply craving a deeper connection to yourself, this space is here for you đ¸
đż What to Expect
From the moment you arrive, youâll be welcomed into a warm and supportive space where you can gently transition out of your day and into yourself.
Weâll begin with a soft guided meditation, allowing your body to settle and your mind to slow down, creating the foundation for a deeper experience.
From there, we open a sharing circle.
This is a safe, judgment-free space where youâre invited to share if you feel called to, or simply listen and be held in the presence of others.
Before we begin the breathwork, the facilitator will clearly guide you through the technique, explaining everything you need to feel comfortable, safe, and supported throughout the session.
You will then be guided into a deep breathwork journey. A powerful yet gentle process that helps you access and release what may be stored within your body.
During this journey, there will be a guided moment of deep emotional release, where you are invited to fully let go and express what has been held inside.
This is often where many participants experience a sense of lightness, clarity, and emotional freedom.
After the breathwork, we move into integration time, a quiet space to rest, reflect, and allow your body to process everything that has shifted.
Youâll also have the opportunity for gentle journaling, helping you anchor your experience and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

This session takes place every Saturday from 12:15 to 13:45 at the Yonex Badminton Hall HardbrĂźcke.

COLD WATER PLUNGE - picnic edition
Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive.
We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards.
The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet no matter the weather.
Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If youâre planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy.
The event is Free.
IMPORTANT:
Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event.

Not a check-in. Not a progress report. A small, facilitated circle to reconnect with what you said mattered â and honestly explore whatâs actually happening now.

If you were at our January gathering, bring whatever you made or wrote â your word, your artifact, your intention. Weâll look at it with fresh eyes. If this is your first time, you belong here too. Youâll start where we all started: with whatâs true right now.
Optional art materials will be available for anyone who wants to reflect creatively alongside conversation. If you brought something home from January, youâre warmly invited to bring it back.
