This gentle class is open to all ages and abilities, whether you’re completely new to yoga or an established yogi looking to reconnect with the foundations and meet some lovely local faces. The world is chaotic at the moment. And it is very easy to feel overwhelmed, afraid of the future, confused. In moments of uncertainty, the key for emocional and mental peace is to go inwards and find a safe place with. So I would like to create that space with you. To reconnect with ourselves beyond the noise of the world. The world needs us awake, aware and living from a place of love and joy. And I know how difficult this may seem, with everything that is happening around us. SO LET’S HOLD EACH OTHER. Let’s have a moment for ourselves, to look inside and be present, even if only for a little while. For that moment, the chaos doesn’t exist. And we will slowly learn how to sustain that state as we go into our lives. This is a space to ~PAUSE ~RECONNECT ~BREATHE ~BE PRESENT ~COME HOME TO YOURSELF 🧘🏼‍♀️ for women ♡ ALL WOMEN ARE WELCOME. Welcome to the Open Level Play Session. This session takes place every Saturday from 12:15 to 13:45 at the Yonex Badminton Hall Hardbrücke. The number of players on the waitlist one week in advance determines the number of courts booked. If you are on the waitlist but can no longer attend, please remove yourself as early as possible. Open to players of all skill levels. This session is for doubles with a relaxed and social focus. Ideal for casual play, improvement and meeting new players. Payment can be made via TWINT after the session.

This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues. So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them? That is what this meeting will be all about.
