We will begin with a talk giving some background to the School of Sufi Teaching and our meditation practices. We will then sit together in meditation. Following this there will be an opportunity ask questions arising from your experience during the meditation. Doors will open at 10:15am. This time we will gather at 11:00 AM outside Clapham junction station on the "Grant Road" side (around fame.closes.issues on what3words,) then walk along the Thames path eastwards until London bridge. So around 7.5 miles. There’s a good chance we’ll bump into a pub/cafe or two for a well-earned refreshment along the way!
