We meet and sketch each other in Berlin. This is just an art gym that we also exercise our social skills. Afterwards usually we go for lunch as a group. **How Does It Work?** This event is simple, we meet and sketch each other doing portraits. Most of the participants use pencils or watercolors. Main aim is to socialize while we draw. There will be plenty of time to talk and get to know each other. We have to mention that this event is suitable for all levels. Many have started to draw in our event actually. **Structure** A. Warmup Phase: We pose to each other for 1 minute. B. Main Phase: We pose to each other for 10 minutes. C. Showcase Phase: We show some of the drawings we did to each other. **Who We Are** Creative Sessions is an art events group located in Berlin. **Is it Free?** The event is free of charge. It is advisable to get a drink though. This is a cafe, we need to have at least half of the people on each table with a drink. They accept only cash and most hot drinks cost from 2.50 to 3.50. **How to help or donate?** The event is provided for free but many people help this be a regular thing. Consent is about much more than a simple yes or no. When we deconstruct consent, we discover how to communicate our true desires and stop choosing the things we don’t. Through discussion, movement and partner games, we will build tools to express and negotiate physical desires and set boundaries through the use of practical exercises. This workshop is inclusive and welcoming to individuals of all body sizes, genders, and background. This is a non-sexual workshop, and great, low pressure situation in which to practice communication and touching. It’s as much about how to truly say yes and mean it as it is about saying no! Hey everyone! I’m organising a co-working + socialising session for all of us who like to work on something (e.g. our own project, freelance or remote work) but don't feel like sitting alone at home. 🙂 To ensure that we have both **socialising** AND **working**, we will be using the so called “Pomodoro” technique: **50min of deep work** (silent), followed by **10min of break** to socialise. The workshop is designed for a small group, allowing a flexible and supportive approach, adapting to each participant’s level: from guiding beginners to helping experienced artists tackle their personal creative challenges. Without the pressure of achieving a final result, we will immerse ourselves in learning the method and enjoying the creative process. You will train the ability to truly observe a face, and the practical tools to translate it effectively into an authentic, realistic portrait. **What we’ll do... step by step:** We’ll combine theory and practice. * Practice targeted observation to select the best reference photo * Use the grid method for accurate proportions and create a preliminary sketch * Understand the differences between pencils of various hardness and get familiar with the materials we’ll use * Master shading (the real magic!) with hatching techniques to shape volume and depth * Train your observational skills to recognize different tonal values * Explore changing perspectives to refresh your vision * Discuss common mistakes and learn how to avoid them * Participate in an open Q&A, receive personalized tips, and get feedback throughout the process * Learn how to preserve and protect your finished portrait **Breaks and Refreshments** While drawing, we’ll enjoy some tea. Between the first and second parts of the workshop, we’ll take a relaxing 30-minute break, as drawing can be quite intense. Join this **Interview Simulation** session — to sharpen the skills for both interviews **and** architectural pitches. 💡 How it works The event is split into three parts: 1. **Most common behavioral & HR questions** \- you will receive a printed list of behavioral/HR questions and we brainstorm tips on how to prepare for them 2. **Interview Simulation (10 minute rounds)** – One participant acts as the interviewee and answers a round of behavioral and design-focused questions. Each other participant gets to ask him one interview question. 3. **Feedback Round** – The group provides feedback on communication, structure, and clarity.
