## **Workshop Schnittkonstruktion nach Maß: Bluse, Rock, Kleid** In diesem praxisnahen Workshop lernst Du Schritt für Schritt, Grundschnitte nach Maß für verschiedene Arten von Kleidern, Blusen und Röcken zu entwerfen und gezielt anpassen zu können. Dabei beschäftigst Du Dich mit unterschiedlichen Silhouetten, vielfältigen Ausschnitt- und Ärmelvarianten sowie variablen Rocklängen. Der Kurs vermittelt Dir nicht nur die Grundlagen, sondern zeigt Dir auch, wie Du Schnitte individuell an verschiedene Körperformen und -größen anpassen kannst. Auf diese Weise erhältst Du ein umfassendes Verständnis für die kreative und technische Seite der Schnittkonstruktion nach Maß. Darüber hinaus wirst Du anhand ausgewählter Beispiele die erstellten Grundschnitte weiterentwickeln und sie zu konkreten Modellschnitten ausarbeiten. Diese überträgst Du anschließend in Nessel, um Deine Entwürfe sichtbar zu machen und die Passform in der Praxis zu überprüfen. Ein zentrales Hilfsmittel im Kurs ist die speziell skalierte Schablone, auf der die komplexe Geometrie der Körpermaße bereits kodifiziert ist. Mit ihrer Unterstützung lassen sich perfekt passende Grundschnitte schnell, präzise und ohne komplizierte Berechnungen erstellen. Dadurch sparst Du Zeit und gewinnst Sicherheit in der Umsetzung Deiner Ideen. ## **Inhalte des Workshops:** * Maßnehmen und Körpersilhouetten richtig verstehen * Erstellung von Oberteilgrundschnitten mit und ohne Abnäher nach Deinen Maßen * Entwicklung von Kragenschnitten und Varianten * Weiterentwicklung des Oberteilgrundschnittes für zwei Blusen * Erstellung eines Rockgrundschnittes nach individuellen Maßen * Weiterentwicklung des Rockgrundschnittes für zwei unterschiedliche Röcke * Erstellung eines Kleidergrundschnittes nach Deinen Maßen * Weiterentwicklung des Kleidergrundschnittes für ein individuelles Kleid * Fertigung ausgewählter Grundschnitte in Nessel (ohne Saum, Futter etc.) Mit diesem Workshop erhältst Du eine solide Grundlage, um Dein Wissen im Bereich der Schnittgestaltung zu vertiefen und gleichzeitig Deine Kreativität praktisch umzusetzen. **Lineale und das Georechteck zur Methode werden für die Dauer des Kurses gegen eine Pfandgebühr von 75 € zur Verfügung gestellt. Mit dem Titel "Philosophie 2.0" wird nicht zu viel versprochen. Nicht alles was mit 'Philosophie' bezeichnet wird, hat damit auch zu tun. Das gilt allgemein. Wörter werden zu oft nicht präzise gebraucht, aber wenn man alles mit beliebigen Wörtern bezeichnen würde, könnte man nichts mehr genau verstehen, könnte nichts mehr genau begreifen. Also blieben die Irrtümer bestehen. Das hätte mit Philosophie aber definitiv nichts mehr zu tun. Was also ist das Gegenteil belanglos-vieldeutigen Wörterverdehens mit hochassoziativen Sprüngen bei denen allerlei übersehen wird und ergo das Wesentliche nicht mehr als solches klar erkannt werden kann? Maximal exakte Begriffsklärung. Und das geht! Das geht über einen systematischen Aufbau aller Kategorien - gestützt über einen Algorithmus, welcher Kategorienfehler automatisch vermeidet und mithilft, das Ganze im Blick zu behalten. Dass dies für uns Personen gar nicht so einfach ist, sieht man daran, dass jede Person (auch Du) irgendwann irgendwelchen Irrtümern aufgesessen ist. Jede Person, die sich also für irgendetwas ernsthaft (nicht wegen blanglosem Amüsement, oder wegen ideologischer Rechthaberei) interessiert und ergo dafür offen ist seine Auffassungen weiterzuentwickeln, ist bei dieser Veranstaltung goldrichtig. Ablauf: Bei unserer Diskussion geht es dabei nicht um irgendein festes Thema, sondern jeder schreibt ein Wort in seinem Interessengebiet auf einen Zettel und wir ziehen diese paarweise für je eine Runde. Die beiden Wörter haben gemeinsame Kategorien, aber es gibt auch Unterschiede. Wer diese nicht alle kennt, kann nicht behaupten, dass er tatsächlich begriffen hat, wovon er meint, dass es ihn interessiere; dass er definitiv wüsste wovon er spricht. Dieses Problem hatte schon Sokrates erkannt. Nur haben wir jetzt einen Algorithmus, welcher zu absoluter Genauigkeit verhilft um diese Irrtümer loszuwerden. Daher 'Philosophie 2.0'. Siehe dem Bild oben werfen wir die Bedeutung (die Menge aller Kategorien einer Begrifflichkeit) per Beamer an die Wand. Wir sind nicht in der Schule, d.h. es gibt keinen Zeitdruck, keine Noten, keinen Wettbewerb und keine Profilierungsmotive, sondern jeder hat alle Zeit der Welt um über die schematisch dargestellte Bedeutung nachzudenken - und diese zu hinterfragen. Die grafisch dargestellten Bedeutungen des Algorithmus sind nicht perfekt. Es geht nicht darum irgendetwas zu akzeptieren, sondern andersherum: die Bedeutung anzugreifen und zu verbessern. Jeder kann sie ändern! Die Diskussion ist also eröffnet. Jeder muss Gründe angeben. "Kann ein Walfisch ein Wellensittich sein?" \~> Natürlich nicht, denn Säugetiere sind keine Vögel. "Kann ein Fenster ein Getränk sein?" \~> Jeder weis, das ist unmöglich, denn Festkörper sind keine Flüssigkeiten. "Kann eine Demokratie eine Republik sein?" "Kann eine Vermutung eine Meinung sein?" "Ist etwas zu begreifen das Selbe wie etwas zu verstehen?" Nichts regt dermaßen zum nachdenken an wie die Bedeutung der Begrifflichkeiten algorithmisch stabilisiert zu systematisieren. Und wenn wir uns nicht einig werden? Die Diskussion läuft auch nach der Veranstaltung weiter. Jeder kann online von zuhause die Diskussion fortführen - mit dem selben mitdenkenden Algorithmus. Man könnte sagen, es sei ein neues Gesellschaftsspiel - ohne Wettkampf, sondern in kollektiver Bereicherung an Klarheit, von der alle gigantisch profitieren, obschon jeder nur einen sehr kleinen Teil beiträgt. Das "Spiel" funktioniert auch mehrsprachig, denn der platonische Raum der Begrifflichkeiten ist der eindeutige Raum, auf den das Vokabular einer Sprache nur referiert. Man kann auch von Zuhause aus online mitmachen. Den Zugang können wir dann über die Kommentare hier organisieren. Bring deinen Laptop mit, dann wird es einfacher... Dieses Spiel macht klug: Schach trainiert zwar das Konzentrationsvermögen, hat aber mit der Wirklichkeit nichts zu tun. Dieses Spiel hingegen schon, denn genau mitdenken zu können setzt voraus genau zu unterscheiden. Wer die Bedeutung der Wörter sauber ausdifferenziert wird immer klüger. Mach mit!

Liebe Musizierende und Tanzende: Die "Folkwiese" aus dem Mauerpark findet nun im dritten Jahr ihr Winterquartier im Offenen Wohnzimmer. Wir laden alle Menschen mit akustischem Musikinstrument ein mit uns leichte Stücke vom Balkan, Skandinavien, Irland oder Israel zu spielen. Wir spielen nach Noten, aber im Sessionstyle, also ohne zu "üben". Die Wiederholung machts ! Dazu gibt's leicht zu erlernende Kreistänze mit Tanzanleitung. Bringt gern saubere Tanzschuhe oder warme Socken/Hausschuhe mit.

**Systemisch Lachen – mehr Freude und Leichtigkeit im Alltag** Der Mini-Workshop zeigt Dir, wie Du mit einfachen Übungen das Lachen systemisch bewusst in Dein Leben integrieren und als Ressource nutzen kannst, um neue Lösungswege für Probleme zu entdecken. Durch spielerische Methoden wird Lachen als kraftvolles Werkzeug erlebbar – sei es für die Selbstfürsorge, in Beziehungen oder Freundschaften, oder in der Arbeit mit Kolleg\*innen und Klient\*innen. ### **Workshopinhalte:** Im Workshop lernst Du Lachen als **soziale Interaktion** kennen. Du erfährst, wie sehr es unsere Verbindung zu anderen Menschen stärken kann. Du setzt Dich mit dem **Embodiment des Lachens** auseinander und erlebst, wie Körper und Emotionen dabei in Resonanz treten. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt dabei auf der Bedeutung der **inneren Freude** sowie auf der Stärkung Deiner individuellen **Lachkompetenz**. Spielerische Übungen helfen Dir, mehr Leichtigkeit und Gelassenheit in Dein Leben einzuladen. Connect your social credit score with a digital ID to encourage you to look at only approved web sites when surfing the internet. Viewing conspiracy web sites could lower your Social Credit Score and make it difficult to get a job. With their electronic chain around your neck, they can control where, when, how you travel, what food you are allowed to buy etc. They will love the power to only allow you to use your digital money only where they want you to shop and allow you to buy only what they prefer you to buy. Require you to have to have a license to use your money. They will call it a Digital Currency License. Require you to take any vaccine they want you to take to maintain your digital currency license. Tax you in ways we have not even imagined. Adjust your income tax rate based on your social credit score. Use AI to increase your income tax rate if you eat too many hamburgers because they will tell you eating too many hamburgers will increase global warming. This is just one example of many behaviors they might not approve of. Adjust individual prices for different individuals. They will be able to make you pay more per pound for hamburger if you purchased too much red meat during the past 30 days. Require you to buy so many pounds of soy burger for every pound of hamburger to save the planet and increase the profits for the soy burger manufacturers. Turn off the digital money of people they consider to be spreading misinformation. Turn off the digital money of people they consider to be dangerous conspiracy theorists. Turn off your money at 8 PM if they want a curfew at 8 PM Turn off your money in another state if they do not want you to drive to another state without permission. Turn off your money when buying guns or ammo if they do not want you to buy guns or ammo. Turn off your digital money more than three miles away from your home if they want you to stay within three miles of your home during the next epidemic. Etc. etc. etc. From the standpoint of the government, one beauty of digital money is that your money is one “state emergency” away from being the government’s money. All they have to do is to take your digital money out of your Central Bank Digital Account for the “good of all”. It is not as easy for them to do this with physical cash, gold, stocks, or silver etc. Anything they **can** do, they will do. The essence of slavery is control.
