Our orientation of Yoga is Inner (Antar) Yoga. Most every day I post several videos that help to understand how to practice Inner Yoga. They may be posted in the morning by 9:00am, or some other time during the day. These are archived videos, but I announce them through Meetup because it is a convenient way to announce reminders.
