Each session includes 20 minutes of light stretching to help release tension, followed by a reflective practice focused on psychoeducation. Originally developed for people receiving support in secondary mental health care, Move and Motivate is designed to be welcoming and beneficial for anyone looking to take positive steps for their wellbeing , whether you’ve faced mental health challenges or simply want to feel more connected, calm, and active.
