Se acercan las Navidades, un tiempo de alegría y solidaridad. Únete a nuestra recolección y reparto de comida para quienes más lo necesitan. Vive una noche solidaria acompañándonos a repartir comida y brindar compañía a las personas que duermen en las calles de Barcelona. Actualmente, de un total de más de **4.504 personas que no tienen hogar**, hay 1.384 personas que duermen en las calles. Durante el mes de diciembre y hasta el día 06 de enero, recogeremos **COMIDA NO PERECEDERA y que NO NECESITE COCCIÓN** en nuestras instalaciones. **El mismo Día de Reyes el reparto seguirá este plan:** **18:00 h a 20.30 h prepararemos las bolsas de comida** y las tarjetas navideñas con nuestros mejores deseos; 20:30 h comenzaremos el reparto de comida, distribuidos en grupos, por los diferentes barrios de Barcelona. Puedes colaborar, desde ya, aportando alimentos que no requieran refrigeración ni cocción. y/o con una aportación económica que destinaremos a la compra de alimentos. **SÍ:** Zumos; leche; pan de molde; latas (atún, sardinas, caballa, etc.) bolsas de patatas; bollería; galletas; frutos secos; chocolate, cereales, El el mismo día 06 puedes traer yogures, batidos, embutidos, ensaladas preparadas, etc. **NO:** No bebidas alcohólicas; no alimentos que necesiten cocción, como arroz o legumbres. **Atención:** Es necesario verificar la caducidad de los alimentos, recuerda que la entrega se realizará el 6/01. **¡Contamos contigo para, juntos, brindar apoyo a decenas de personas que enfrentan un momento tan delicado en sus vidas, viéndose obligadas a convertir las calles en su hogar!¡** Muchas gracias por tu colaboración!

A description of the route is below for your information. Before the run, we take a group photo and after we drink and/or eat at the bar (not mandatory). We will chat a bit before starting to run. The distance is about 10 kilometers (\~6 miles). However, there are plenty of opportunities to turn back before and sometimes people run a shorter distance. Each person runs at her/his own pace. Most of the time people are talking/chatting so it's honestly a casual run. Mini groups tend to form according to pace. Please note people run at their own risk and please if you have any medical condition make sure you let someone know and be sensible, run within your abilities. We then take a right to exit the park and immediately take a left to run alongside the round wall of the zoo (Passeig de Cicumvallacio). We then turn right at Carrer de Ramon Trias Fargas and head towards the beach. We then take a left turn and run along the beach heading northeast. Along the coast, we cross the Passeig Maritim de la Mar Bella for a quick stop at the water fountain and then turn back. The main change on the way back is that we turn right at the tram station along the other wall of the zoo (continuation of Carrer de Wellington) and once we reach the end of the wall, we are back to Passeig Pujades where we end our run.
