In the centre of Toronto are several Glen places: Glencairn, Glen Park, Glen Long, and Glen Grove. However, there are no actual glens. Just quiet suburban houses. This hike will take in these neighbourhoods and the two minor food streets there: Marlee Ave and Dufferin St. The majority of the residents are of Italian and Portuguese descent, and it's reflected in the eateries in the area. We'll pass by Italian supermakets, cafes, and an old stalwart for frozen meals. Strangely, there are no great Italian restaurants here, so we'll end at either an authentic Colombian restaurant or a greasy Greek fast food joint.
