In diesem besonderen Workshop rund um die japanische Bento-Box stellen die Köche Yurie Sakurai und Masaki Sakurai traditionelle, gesunde und alltagstaugliche Gerichte aus Japan vor. Frische saisonale Makrele wird zusammen mit Miso und Ingwer schonend geschmort. So verbinden sich der natürliche Geschmack des Fisches und die feinen Aromen der fermentierten Würzpaste zu einem harmonischen Gericht. Die beiden Kursleiter haben viele Jahre in Kindergärten der japanischen Präfektur Nagano gearbeitet, einer Region, die für ihren Reisanbau bekannt ist. Dort engagierten sie sich in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung und Ernährungsbildung mit regionalen Bio-Zutaten und begleiteten Kinder auf ihrem Weg zu einer gesunden Entwicklung. Darüber hinaus arbeiten sie seit vielen Jahren mit Produzenten aus ganz Japan zusammen und geben ihr Wissen über Lebensmittel, Esskultur und nachhaltigen Genuss in Kochkursen weiter. Diese Erfahrungen möchten sie nun auch mit den Menschen in Berlin teilen. Zum Abschluss genießen Sie Ihr selbst zubereitetes Bento in entspannter Atmosphäre.
