About us: The Tibetan Dharma and Meditation Group is part of a Buddhist organisation based in Taiwan, which is centred on one of the greatest living Rinpoches (teachers) in the world at the moment. It aims to introduce people living in Ireland to Buddhist teachings and practices that have been passed to Rinpoche through his masters and their masters going back many, many generations in order to benefit and bring peace to all sentient beings. Location: We hold our meetings in the small hall at Sandyford Community Centre, Lambs Cross, Sandyford, Dublin 18.

Almost mid-summers day, although you might be suspect of that actually being the case, and incredibly after this week's run the nights start to draw in - Only seems like yesterday that it was Xmas - But never fear, there is a rumour that summer weather may be around the corner, so this week we will run to **Peggy Kelly's in Harolds X,** and a great place to imbibe after a good run around the area. For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week. Hi everyone, I'm Jake and I'm a local history student based in Bray offering free walking tours! Today it’s known as a seaside resort and commuter town, but Bray’s history stretches back thousands of years. The area has evidence of human activity dating back to prehistoric times and even has links to the Romans. The name “Bray” is believed to come from the Irish Brí Chualann, meaning “hill of Cualu”, referring to the nearby headland known as Bray Head. Today Bray is the largest town in County Wicklow with a population of almost 35,000. Come along and find out about it's fascinating history!
