About us: The Tibetan Dharma and Meditation Group is part of a Buddhist organisation based in Taiwan, which is centred on one of the greatest living Rinpoches (teachers) in the world at the moment. It aims to introduce people living in Ireland to Buddhist teachings and practices that have been passed to Rinpoche through his masters and their masters going back many, many generations in order to benefit and bring peace to all sentient beings. Location: We hold our meetings in the small hall at Sandyford Community Centre, Lambs Cross, Sandyford, Dublin 18.

This is a meetup to allow parents that are going through the devastation of the influence of coercive control and parental alienation, to meet up, discuss and support each other. Hopefully it will allow us not to feel so alone through this experience.

Hope everyone is enjoying the World Cup despite Ireland not quite being there, with the exception of Pico Lopes, literally carrying the flag, despite captaining Cabo Verde. While we await how he and the the Green Cape get on against my other home, Argentina and Senor Messi, we shall have our weekly run around the area, finishing off at **The Blackbird in Rathmines,** where all matters can be discussed after the run, football or otherwise - There are other sports taking place I understand, even Dublin are chasing Sam! (*Yes, Mayo for Sam is still on¬!!!!!*) For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week. **Explore Belmont Estate & Great Sugar Loaf in County Wicklow.** * **Meeting Point : Connolly Train Station.** * **When :** **Saturday, 4th of July.** * **Time : 10:00 AM.** **We will be meeting at Connolly Train Station (Beside Pret A Manger) for 10:00 AM (Waiting 5 Minutes).** **After Five Minutes we will go the platform of the Scheduled 10:12 AM DART (Train) heading to Bray. (18 Stops, 48 Minutes).** **We will reach Bray Train Station at 11:00, (Estimated Time)then we will be taking the L1 or L2 that goes from Bray Train Station.** **On the Bus for 13 Minutes (11 Stops) and getting off at Rathdown Bus Stop, when we are off the Bus we will be walking 1.7 KM (23 Minutes) to Belmont Demense Farm, where there is a cozy coffee shop called The Barn.** * **Duration 5-6 Hours.** * **Distance 14.6 KM.** **Every event is 5 Euro’s, you can pay by using Revolut or Cash.** **I hope to see you there !**

Join us for a relaxed evening of badminton and picnic vibes in Herbert Park 🏸🌿 Arrival is flexible from 19:00. We’ll play some casual badminton, frisbee and hang out while enjoying the sunshine together. ☀️ Bring snacks or drinks for the picnic if you’d like. NOTE: This is a hike, not a walk. There are hills. If it rains, it might be slippy or muddy. The hills are not difficult hills but they are hills. Meeting place: We meet outside Woodbrook train station. Route: 14km. Expected time: 3hrs 30mins. Toilets: at Shanganagh cemetery near the start and end of the walk. Food Break: there isn't an official food break on this walk. The breaks will be weather dependent.
