After now almost 2 months of private events indoors were we have prepared some of the most gourmet recipes of the Italian and french cuisine we are ready to go outdoor! **Yes but with style.** Sunday 3 of May, i’am preparing a proper Italian gourmet picnic, not the usual random park chaos with plastic supermarket tubs, dry wraps, and five people asking who brought forks. **Everything will be homemade and prepared in advance with quality ingredients.** **Planned Menu:** • Fresh tramezzini assortment • Italian charcuterie & cheese board • Stuffed focaccia with mortadella, porchetta, roastbeef • Home Made Sous Vide Vitello Tonnato (thin sliced veal with its classic creamy sauce) • Insalata di Riso (Italian summer rice salad) • Homemade Tiramisù Wines Included: • Prosecco • Lambrusco • Chianti So to be clear: **you do not need to bring anything.** Just bring yourself in a good mood and enjoy the day. We’ll have a proper seated setup with tables and benches, hopefully sunshine, and an i**ndoor backup option if weather or logistics decide to act Belgian.** We will also play games like Uno, Undercover, Werewolf, Assasins Important: Because all food must be bought, prepared and cooked in advance, spots are limited.
