I will share the story of how I abandoned text editors forever in favour of Claude Code. I’ll also share how Superhuman uses AI for every step of the software development process, including code reviews, infrastructure migrations, feature development, and production monitoring. We meet and begin by checking in with each other, followed by a guided exploration moving from somatic practice to contact dance improvisation. This all culminates in opening the space for the free flow of dancing and explorations in duos, trios and as a group. Bodywork will help us to warm down at the end and integrate what we experienced. Dance is our way to create a space for exploration: what happens when queer men’s bodies meet and get in touch without any expectations and intentions? In Contact Improvisation, touch is the source of finding dance movements. It helps you to be open to the here and now, to surprises, to letting go of performing roles, meeting expectations, and following scripts. Any movement can be part of this dance, no matter how simple – we literally move any way we feel. This creates a conversation without words, simply through our moving bodies. Feeling ourselves by sensing others can create nourishing bonds of community as much as it liberates us. Dabei habe ich entdeckt, dass ich oft einen vermeidenen Beziehungsstil habe - ich weiche lieber aus, trenne mich oder spreche Probleme nicht an, weil ich wahrscheinlich in meiner Kindheit aus unterschiedlichen Ereignissen gelernt habe... dass bringt eh nichts, ich kann anderen nicht vertrauen, das macht man nicht, meine Bedürfnisse sind nicht wichtig, usw. In der Auseinandersetzung mit den Beziehungs- / Bindungstypen habe ich bemerkt, wie gut es mit tut, mit anderen mich darüber auszutauschen. Weil: * Ich bin nicht allein. * Ich lernen die Gefühle anderer kennen * Ich entwickle ein gutes Gefühl für die anderen Beziehungsstile (nicht nur meinen) * Ich löse das Thema für mich Schritt für Schritt - und werde immer sicher in meinen Bindungen & Beziehungen. To be able to effectively get through the monumental task of shooting a short film in 1 day, we will be working from a prepared script that is very short and simple to shoot. This will allow everyone to work with the actors, shoot with the cinema camera, modify the lighting, and get a grounding in the way a set works. All the equipment and actors necessary for the short will be provided. After we finish the shoot, you will get all the video and audio files so that you can review and edit the footage on your own. While editing is an extremely important part of filmmaking, this course is designed to give you a grounding on the pre-production and shooting of a short film and 4 days just scratches that surface.
