Ces groupes permettent aux participantes de s’exprimer librement, de partager leur vécu si elles le souhaitent, de rompre l’isolement et de bénéficier d’un soutien collectif. Aucune prise de parole n’est obligatoire. Il est tout à fait possible de participer uniquement en tant qu’auditrice.
Les groupes sont animés par des professionnelles qualifiées, notamment des coachs et des psychologues, formées à l’accompagnement des femmes victimes de violences intrafamiliales. L’animation garantit un cadre structurant, respectueux du rythme et de la parole de chacune, dans une approche non jugeante.
Les échanges se déroulent exclusivement en ligne, dans un format permettant l’anonymat. Les participantes peuvent utiliser un pseudonyme. L’activation de la caméra n’est jamais obligatoire, afin de préserver la sécurité, l’intimité et le confort de chacune.

Je m’appelle Kenza et je fais du théâtre depuis 14 ans. J’ai créé cet atelier parce que j’adore voir des gens découvrir le plaisir de jouer, se surprendre eux-mêmes, et surtout... passer un bon moment ensemble.
Nous aurons la chance de pratiquer dans une grande salle équipée de miroirs, un cadre idéal pour l'expression corporelle.
Ici, pas besoin d’expérience : c’est un atelier débutant–amateur, pensé pour t’accompagner en douceur. On explore l’impro, les émotions, la présence, la créativité... toujours à travers des exercices ludiques qui donnent confiance.
Le projet ?
Il s'agit d'une séance d'essai. L'objectif est ensuite de constituer un groupe stable pour un cycle de 2 mois, afin d'évoluer, rire et tisser des liens forts ensemble.
Mon but est simple : te permettre de t’amuser tout en te développant. Et si tu es timide, tu es au bon endroit : rien n’est obligatoire, tu avances à ton rythme, tu observes quand tu veux, et tu tentes quand tu le sens.
Si tu veux tester, te découvrir et t’épanouir dans une ambiance bienveillante... tu es le bienvenu. 🎭✨

Dîner – Quand sa vie n’est plus en accord avec ce qui a changé en soi
Il arrive parfois un moment où l’on sent que quelque chose a changé intérieurement et où l’on observe que sa vie, dans sa forme actuelle, n’est plus tout à fait en accord avec cet endroit là.
Pas dans le sens d’une crise, mais plutôt comme un décalage lucide.
L’impression que certaines manières de fonctionner, de choisir, d’organiser sa vie ne correspondent plus vraiment à qui l’on est devenu.
Ce dîner est une invitation à se retrouver et à échanger librement autour de ces ressentis, mettre des mots sur ce que l’on traverse, partager des expériences et écouter comment cela résonne chez d’autres.
Un moment pour :

* prendre le temps d’échanger,
* se sentir moins seul(e) à cet endroit.
Je serai présente pour vous accueillir, poser parfois une question et laisser la conversation se déployer naturellement.

Ce groupe s'adresse en priorité à des personnes ayant déjà un certain niveau de pratique de la Communication NonViolente au sein de Empathie Radicale . Il est restreint en nombre de personnes participantes, et nous privilégions la profondeur de l'apprentissage par rapport au retour aux bases.

When was the last time you had a meaningful conversation? Or deepened your relationship with someone in your life? It's not easy to have a deep conversation.
While small talk, which is typically casual and light-hearted, can help break the ice, it may not necessarily help you form a deep, emotional connection with someone. Whether it's with your friends, family, colleagues or romantic partners, having meaningful conversations is important for creating strong bonds.
"Meaningful conversations help us understand ourselves and those around us better. They involve sharing important aspects of ourselves and actively listening, validating and connecting with others."
We believe that a happy and healthy life is built on beautiful relationships and that loneliness kills us. That's it. It's not the number of friends that counts, it's the quality of the relationship.

Progress :
● ❗ For reservations, I'll send you a private Meetup message at least 5 hours before the meeting to confirm your reservation. If I don't receive a reply 2 hours before the meeting, I will send you a second message to let you know that you will be replaced by someone on the waitlist.
● 💚 We keep the session small, cosy and relaxed in a quiet place, prioritising regularity to encourage intimacy, connection, listening and speaking. (\~ 5/6 people)
● 🔖 On arrival, if you feel comfortable, you will be suggested to choose and associate several drawn Feelings and Needs cards to express how you really feel at the moment, to talk about ourselves and communicate effectively.
● 📝 The best way to make progress is to make the conversation easy and natural, with everyone making an effort to suggest and write down what you want to talk about. You can write down your favourite topics/questions before the meeting. The meeting is participative and invite everyone if you feel comfortable being a leader and a power of suggestion.
Anyway, to keep the meeting running smoothly, I'll animate the meeting to make sure the conversation doesn't get wild or boring and I wouldn't hesitate to reframe people. In case of lack of inspiration we have a lot of deep conversation question card game which can help to find interesting questions.
● 🍕 (Not compulsory) After the meeting we can finish in a nearby restaurant for those who wish to relax or continue our conversation.
Advice for a good moment :
● Leave your ego and mask at home, we are not here to impress anyone but to be ourselves with our strength, weakness, pride and shame.
Come with an open/deep/emotional/complex thought and vulnerability.
● Ask open-ended questions and invite the other person to describe what a situation was like for them or how they felt.
● Don't hesitate to be vulnerable and share information about yourself if needed.
Consider sharing personal information first to gain the other person's trust.
● Adopt an attitude of curiosity and genuine interest in what the other person is saying. Be thoughtful and try to put yourself in the other person's shoes so that you can see things from their perspective. Be truthful, caring and honest.
● Listen actively and ask follow-up questions.
● Be empathetic and offer emotional validation so that they feel seen and heard.
It is forbidden to judge, but try to understand.
● ⏱ Be aware of your speaking time for Equally Speak.
● 🤫 Be aware never to provoke political or religious ideologies, but to accept differences of belief. Advice on non-violent communication can be given in the meeting to learn not to unintentionally hurt anyone when requested or needed.
● 🚨 Remember to maintain a safe, and benevolent environment. People who are considered to be disruptive, problematic or simply not in tune with the energy of the group will not be allowed to return.

This is an in-person meeting.
Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them?
That is what this meeting will be all about.

Our group, KIND MEALS, will be picking up the tab for pizzas, at MIKEY'S LATE NIGHT SLICE, on Sunday, February 8th from 12-2pm.
We will be trying out MIKEY'S Vegan Fake-ass BBQ Chick'n pizza and Vegan Fake-ass Pepperoni pizza, as well as some other special vegan pizzas that are served there. All the vegan pizzas are covered with Selfish Cow vegan cheese.
The pizza is free, drinks on your own.
