It’s a workout that relies on body weight with little or no equipment. In fact, almost all common bodyweight exercises are considered calisthenics exercises. Hi All, We talked a lot about Luxembourg's mining past on our hikes. The museum days ([https://www.luxembourgmuseumdays.lu/?lang=en](https://www.luxembourgmuseumdays.lu/?lang=en)) offer the possibility to combine hike with a related museum. Rumelange has 2 autopedestres. Combining them will get us to 16km. The trails look fine. Not flat but not too challenging (for me). The second trail finishes near the museum ([https://mnm.lu/](https://mnm.lu/)). So who wants, can visit the museum afterwards. They offer some guided tours for that day. However, I don't know if we'll make it on time for one. Lunchbreak? You all know me well. We will have one somewhere along the trail. Public transport: 508 direction "Ottange, Pl de Moncontour" from Luxembourg Gare Rocade at 10:10. Leave at "Rumelange, Gare Routière". Parking: There is a larger parking near the meeting point.
