The 14 sections are between 3.69 - 14.11 km long suitable for all type of runners. **How can I participate with the hashers?** Register using this form: [SOLA 2026 Hash Rego Form](https://forms.gle/u32k4FHWTDaPpKzF8) Teams and allocated legs are available [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Q6skotPebRNoYWr4WR0YRG2A2BcU10DkdV4krR8NE0w/edit?usp=sharing). This year we have only two SOLA hash teams. **How much does it cost?** For those allocated a place please pay your registration fee of ***CHF*** ***40*** into the regular ZH3 account referencing SOLA 2026 and your Hash name at: **Migros Bank AG, 8010 Zürich** BIC: **MIGRCHZZXXX** IBAN: **CH74 0840 1000 0519 9117 9** Account holder: **Zürich Hash House Harriers** Address: **Gloriastrasse 88, 8044 Zürich** Reference: **SOLA 2026 + Hash Name** **What else should I know?** TBC if SOLA will have dedicated haberdashery. A final party/grill will be organized at the finish line at Irchel park. If you would like to place yourself on the standby list please contact *Premature Cocksucker* (and maybe other hashers). All Zürich Hashers are welcome to cheer on our Hash teams along the route and also to circle starting at 18:00 at Irchel University (follow the pin location). Hash cash will not be collected from regular Zürich Hashers on the day. Regular SOLA rego is CHF 40. As last year SOLA allows all genders to run any of the stretches. The race starts with a leg 1 at 7:30 (all registered teams are slow teams) in the misty Hönggerberg woods. Then runners 2 to 7 head out into Engstringen, up and along the Uetliberg and back into town, finishing at the beautiful University Irchel. The afternoon runners 8-12 start at 12:30 . The trail heads through Forch to Egg and comes back to Witikon. Two short runs from there to the finish at Irchel complete the race. We meet at tents across the lake from the finish. Handover is done by a handshake to the next runners so **it's important to turn up early**. Runners 1, 8 and 13 start sharp at 7:30, 12:30 and 16:45 respectively. ZH3 Hash # 1726: Dude, where's my lube?
ZH3 Hash # 1726: Dude, where's my lube?
The recipe to success for an EPIC race day, is vigorous application of lube on your entire body. Come join for the pre-LUBE hash prior to the SOLA relay race. The aim is to find the most epic bottle of wholesale lube, and lather ourselves up prior to the big race day. Oh, and also to run, drink beer, and exchange racing strategies at a lovely on-after. Expect a short trail to save those running legs around the Schlieren area, exact bag drop/On after will be decided still, but likely very close to the Schlieren train station. **Where**: See location. Typically within Zurich Zone 10. Look for English speakers wearing running gear. **When:** We'll meet at 6:50 pm to start at 7:00 pm. There's a charge of CHF 5 for participating, which covers all you can drink beer/cider (and non-alcoholic alternatives) plus snacks afterwards. **All Welcome:** If you are new, curious, and want to get out of the house, stretch your legs, talk shit, enjoy a drink, and hopefully a laugh, then here's what you need to know: • We are a social running/walking group, physical fitness is not required, but a sense of humour is useful. • The aim is to find the '*Beer Stop*' at the end of the '*trail*' and have fun. • 'True Trail' is typically 4-7 km. Some will go less (especially those walking or walk/running), and some over-achieving fast runners will go further. • The '*Hare*', which changes each event (along with location), cleverly lays the trail (typically with flour marks) so that everyone reaches the end at the same time. • There is always a place to deposit your bag and sometimes a place to change. • **After Trail**, we group for \~20-40 minutes for drinks, snacks, and some fun. This '*Circle*' is typically outside, so leave something warm in your bag in winter (and bring a flashlight when it's dark). If you don't want to stand around drinking afterwards, you can head home. We occasionally all go to a restaurant afterwards. **Why bother leaving your warm & dry sofa?** If you enjoy getting outside, being around people, and doing something a bit different, you will probably enjoy hashing. Exercise is important, and this is probably the least boring way to get it. 'Hashing' and the idea of some physical activity to work up a thirst, have been around for almost 90 years and there are groups (*Hashes*) in most major cities. Its humor and 'traditions' can be explored on the internet - **or you can just come along and find out.** *See you there.* We are of many nationalities, all ages, full of misfits and idiots (at least there is no one taking themselves seriously!) and always welcome newbies 'Virgin Hashers' and visitors from other groups. You may not know it, but we are! We're in your schools, diners, police force, military, government, and some are even still in your churches! So come and join us and meet other local atheists, along with agnostics, heathens, humanists, skeptics, and anyone else who's 'hell bound'! All attendees are welcome but should support our vision. Atheists of Columbus (AoC) is part of Omnipresent Atheists (OA). AoC members are invited to join this OA meetup and/or OA Facebook group ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/omnipresentatheists/ ) but are free to continue conversations on the AoC Facebook group ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/columbusatheists/ ). AoC was founded in 2012 as a networking, social group for Central Ohio area humanists, skeptics, atheists, agnostics, nonbelievers, freethinkers, and the curious. It was a member of Columbus CoR and held weekly meetings, mostly on Fridays, for several years but then operated as an online only group for some time. In November 2018, Omnipresent Atheists (OA), a group that routinely meets on Tuesdays, invited AoC to merge. Omnipresent Atheists is a member of the Columbus Coalition of Reason (ColumbusCoR.org). Each session opens with a Soulbits oracle image setting the tone for the gathering we will move through. We will come together to honor the natural rhythms of rooting, rising, releasing, and receiving; the cycles that shape the soul’s journey. Through the four pillars of being: mindset, movement, connection & nourishment, we will create a space where imagery, sensation, and community weave together. Where the body becomes the guide, images act as mirrors, and the soul speaks. This circle is about noticing what rises, honoring what’s true, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself ready to be seen. This is a space to gather your scattered pieces, soften your body, and return to your truth with community by your side. Soulbits Circle is a reminder that every fragment of your story, every soulbit, belongs. Together we weave them into the blooming wholeness that you are. *Energy Exchange: 1-group $20-40 or 6-group $115* *Payment Options: Venmo or Cash* **Please RSVP to [Caitlynn](https://kalikwellnesswithin.org/) via** **email @ [kalik.wellnesswithin@gmail.com](mailto:kalik.wellnesswithin@gmail.com)** **text @ ‪(614) 407-4021‬** 💫
