**WHO SHOULD ATTEND?** This group is ideal for anyone who’s new to trail running in the forest. Whether you prefer a slow, moderate, or fast pace, you're welcome to join — we each run at our own speed, with no pressure to keep up with others. *** **WHAT TO EXPECT ?** Our participants range in age from 29 to 65, and everyone has a different level of fitness. That's why we encourage everyone to run at a pace that suits them — **we do not pace one another**. Each run typically lasts **30 to 40 minutes**, depending on individual fitness levels. We usually have around **9 to 12 runners** per session. 📅 Date: Every Sunday 🕒 Meeting Time: 2:35 PM ⏰ Walk: 2:45 PM – 5:30 PM 📍 Starting Point: DT5 Beauty World MRT (Control Station/Passenger Service) This Summer in Japan, our group will be taking on the challenge of conquering Mount Fuji! 🗻 To prepare ourselves, we’ll be doing weekly training hikes every Sunday at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve — Singapore’s most iconic hiking spot and our training ground for the months ahead. If you’ve been wanting to challenge yourself, build stamina, improve fitness, or simply train with a supportive and motivated group, you’re welcome to join us. This route won’t be the easiest, but growth never happens in the comfort zone 💪 As a Stage 4 cancer survivor myself, if I can do this, I truly believe you can too. We also have more overseas hiking adventures planned in the future, so this is a great opportunity to start training together and meet fellow hiking enthusiasts! 👟 **What to bring:** Water, umbrella/raincoat, and wear comfortable sports attire & shoes, sun protection (cap or sunscreen), light snacks (optional). **For ages 13 and above.** Juggernaut Fight Club isn't your typical boxing gym; It's located within a sheltered carpark of a building in Chinatown, which means ample space for you to train. In fact, it's one of the largest fighting gyms in Singapore, and houses everything you need for all-rounded mixed martial arts (MMA) training, including an MMA cage, competition-sized boxing ring, punching bag stations and more. The Challenge is to skate as much as you can during this pandemic each week. And see how we rank on leaderboard of Strava. The ranking is arranged by most distances skated each week. Absolute Archery (Singapore) was inaugurated in 2020, aiming to provide training venue, competitive coaching, fun shoot events and a place for the community bring people together to advocate and support each other in pursuing the sports. Our head coach, Colin, has been active in the sports since late 90s till date. Expert classes are for students with the bare minimum for outdoor skating and would like to take it to a higher level. **Weather permitting**, we’ll take a casual ride from Pickerington Ponds (Glacier Knoll) to Three Creeks and back. Distance is **18–25 miles**, depending on where we turn around and whether we add a side loop. Pace is around **12 mph**, but this is a fun, no‑drop ride — we can slow down as needed.
