From 4pm to 6pm, we are thrilled to host **Denis Gerson**, traveling directly from Germany to lead us through an afternoon of traditional dance and music. 🇩🇪💃 Bring a snack to share during the break 😋 and get ready to learn some new steps! We offers Argentinian Tango classes for beginers and intermediate/ adv students every Friday from 7 pm to 8 pm and after it we are gonna run the Social which called is Milonga. We at Freesalsa Ireland believe in growing the community, something our friend DJ Leo also believes in. Therefore, we are delighted to promote his weekly practice here on our Meetup for those of you looking to spend their Sunday in the best way. There will be a 60-minute lesson before social with the award-winning DJ Leo until 17.00. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
